Jan 19th 5:13 placed order. Not done until 5:47p. I get home& it’s burnt pizza in one box and a mini pizza that’s deformed and hard in the other. I’m on hold for 20 mins and no answer.
Let’s not get started on the customer service is or lack thereof. Nobody even comes to the front unless you call for them and by then— it’s like 7 customers either trying to grab their food, get an ETA, or place their order.
I paid cash but since I can’t drive back up there. I will be going back for my refund! Spent more getting Pizza Hut but worth it!

I will edit this later so far after an hour I am waiting on a delivery pizza ! Lunch time will come and go. Still waiting. Order number 1164348. I never got my food, no refund either! I ordered on the app and they automatically tell doordash to pick it up. Thats the scam saying doordash took it and that is why they cant refund. I will. take this as far as it needs to get for a finance response. Update next day! Picking up in person! Nice . Burnt 2 boxes i only checked the top

Last week I came to this location and I asked what are the hours of the lunch combo with the two-piece deep dish and The beverage. Today 3/10/25 I arrive at 1:50 and I attempt to order the lunch special and I am told by the service counter clerk Maria that I am unable to order the lunch special. I questioned her why because when I came in there last week they advised me lunch stops at 2 PM. She just kept shaking her head no and couldn’t speak English. I had to go online and place the lunch combo order which I’m not sure if it’s able to be ordered online. Why can I be ordered in the store? Imagine being at the store and having to pull out your app to place your order I called the store to speak to a manager to log a complaint The rude and professional young man gets on the phone and I asked him why tell someone that you have a lunch special till 2 PM but when they come in to the store, you tell them that it’s over and they can’t place the order even though they came before 2 PM, he then proceeded to tell me while it’s 1:45 pm cut. And you just came in to pick up your pizza. We just gave it to you or his exact words. I asked him how ironic that I can place the order online, but at the counter. I asked him for his name and he told me he’s not obligated to give me his name. First of all when dealing with customers and complaints, you absolutely are obligated to give a name, but by not giving a name he was trying to dodge accountability for himself and his staff if he was in a management position he definitely Needs to be trained on customer service all the way around he didn’t ask me for my name or anything. I was very disgusted by the whole interaction of being told. I couldn’t place the order in person at the counter, but then being able to place the order online and when I try to log a complaint, the individual I was transferred to to lodge The complaint was not only non-empathetic, but very unprofessional and really didn’t care. Please educate your staff on all policies and protocol because telling someone 2 PM and they arrive before 2 PM And all the staff can do a shake, their head no speaks really poorly of little Caesars. Then I get my pizza. It’s cold. It’s old. The cheese is hard and there’s no sauce on it.

The employees ignored us customers as we were asking for service. I ordered my pizza over the phone thru the phone service. I waited for about 20 minutes with no help. Another customer there was waiting for 1-1/2 hour. I didn’t want to wait any longer so I left without my pizza and bread

I ordered 4 of the Detroit deep dish pizzas from this location. Im a nurse and i order pizzas from little caesars every week for my groups, and the deep dish are always a hit. When i went to pick it up the pizzas were totally flat and doughy on the inside. I took them back in to tell them the pizza wasn’t done. An angry man came out and said “I’m refunding the order and go” then threw the pizzas away.
So now i have 6 hungry homeless men that come to my group to eat every week, and im having to pay an additional $20 on top of the $40 i spend on pizza from my own pocket to get the puzza delivered from a different location because this one doesn’t know what deep dish means.

I feel sorry for the staff at this location having to do the work of two employees. Three employees on shift and about ten customers in the lobby waiting for online pickup. I ordered 30 minutes prior and still had to wait ten minutes to get my order.

Absolutely terrible at managing orders on their app, consistently never start to make your pizza until you come in and ask where it’s at, mark pizzas as ready to pick up and you come in and then they put it in the oven and tell you to wait 10 minutes, happened to me too many times not to leave a review at this point

Put in my order at 1pm to pick up at 545, prepaid. It is now 630pm and I have been standing in the store for 45 minutes with 20 other people and yet to speak to an employee. In that 45 minutes only 2 orders have come out! This is a disgrace! Ordered through the app, no way to cancel or request refund. Avoid at all cost

Called ahead. Two pizzas and crazy bread for the order. They said thirty mins. I showed up 45 mins later. Waited another 45. Left with no pizza. 20 some odd customers waiting. Everyone livid. Worst experience food experience I’ve had in a long time and the staff was really rude about it. Then they threw out a heap of burnt pizzas.
