We got the Gobi Manchurian and vegetable Samosas as appetizers and Chicken Momo/Chicken Tikka Biryani as entrees and everything was either really good or spectacular.

We went on a Tuesday night around 6 and it wasn’t crowded.

Restaurant was clean and staff were polite.

I have been to Mumbai many, many times…I loved the food there…magnificent use of spices, with perfect cook, …delightful…

Well…Mumbai has met it’s match, food-wise, with Gurkhas Kitchen.

Everything my wife and I have tasted there we have thoroughly enjoyed…The spices are delightful…Chicken, lamb, vegetables are all cooked to tender perfection.

Chicken Tikka Masala…lovely!
Butter Chicken…sublime…
Lamb curry..to die for…

We visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and had a really nice surprise!

The building itself is a basic, unassuming place in a strip mall and the inside is tight and relatively small, but very clean and tidy.

The people who were working and serving (I believe they’re the owners) were very friendly and were constantly cleaning and checking in on us.

But the thing that really surprised us was the food. Neither my wife nor myself are the biggest Indian food fans, normally, but sometimes we feel like trying something different. In this case, I can honestly say that there was not a single food in the buffet that we didn’t like. We enjoyed some more than others, of course, but all were very good…and that’s something I’ve never been able to say about ANY buffet before, Indian or other!

We will definitely be back!

Authentic Indian food in a cozy, vibrant, restaurant. Staff are exceptionally attentive and welcoming. We had the weekend lunch buffet and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was well stocked, hot and fresh. The best part of the buffet in my opinion is the fact it comes with naans and Chai tea! Both are wonderful! I loved they had a medium and a hot sauce I added a little of the hot sauce to everything and it was the perfect amount of heat for me. Literally everything we had was top notch! I wish I would’ve taken pictures of the buffet so I had the proper name but let me tell you those little banana ball things were AH-MAZ-ING!

If you’re looking for a delightful dining experience with authentic flavor near colorado springs is the place to be! From the moment you walk in, the cozy ambiance gives you a homely feeling, and the friendly staff makes you feel like part of their family.

We ordered their thali, and it was an absolute treat! The vegetable korma was creamy and perfectly spiced, the dal makhani was rich and flavorful, and the samosa was crispy on the outside with a deliciously seasoned filling. On top of that, the thali came with chai, which was warm, aromatic, and the perfect finish to the meal.

We also tried their vegetarian momo, and it was simply amazing—soft, well-steamed dumplings packed with flavor. What stood out the most was how every dish had its own distinct taste, a testament to the care and authenticity in their cooking.

Nepal Indian Restaurant truly captures the essence of home-cooked food. It’s a gem for anyone craving authentic Indian and Nepalese flavors. Highly recommended!

There’s a lot to say about this place because not all things are black or white. I ordered the Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken), and even though it lacked a little bit of salt, it was very delicious nonetheless. Their Garlic Naan was the best Naan I have ever tasted. Their Mango Lassi was a bit on the sweet side but very good as well. Technically, for me, their food is about a 4 out of 5, however, what made me give this place 5 stars is their peaceful atmosphere, incredibly pleasant staff, and their great customer service. They are a bit pricey, and to be honest, I’ve had better Butter Chicken at the Urban Tandoor for the same price; but there’s just something about this place that is so charming that it has become my new “go to” place for Indian food. Their bathroom floor was sticky and can use a little TLC, but the rest of the place is nicely decorated and clean, and you get a real feel of the culture. I just loved it! Can’t wait to go again. Two well deserved thumbs up .

Phenomenal buffet! Everything is freshly made and tastes amazing. The service is top notch, and I found the pricing decent. I wish I could give them more stars.

Experience #2: I ordered take out. The food was delicious. Everything was carefully packaged and delicious. The sauce that came with the Samosas is amazing.

Experience #3: We can’t get enough. My daughter and I went again for the lunch buffet. The place was busy, but everything was just as good if not better than the first time we went. The service was fantastic. I found the spicy sauce that came with my take out. They have it in mild, medium and hot. Try it. It is unlike anything that I’ve ever had.

My daughter wanted to gate keep this place and keep it a secret, but I’m happy to shout from the rooftops about how amazing this restaurant is. It warmed my heart to see it busy.

First time coming here and it was wonderful, I brought my 8 year old son and we tried a variety of things. The food was excellent, huge portions and I got full quick, so much it didn’t look like I even touched the food. I wasn’t sure how my left overs would have held up next day so I opted not to take them. Great service. Pics posted before I ate, for the review of course! Mango Lassi was thick and yummy, perfect amount of sweetness.
