I frequent here and have always had a good experience. The new guy with curly blonde hair in the drive-thru is also super friendly and welcoming! Overall best Taco Bell in Omaha.

I recently ordered two classic Taco Bell tacos and was really let down by what I received. Both tacos looked almost empty the moment I unwrapped them. There was barely any meat inside, just a thin smear along the bottom of the shell and the toppings were just as skimpy. A few shreds of lettuce and a pinch of cheese hardly count as a proper filling, especially when the shell itself is the biggest part of the taco.

I bought lunch today for my 3 guys as a REWARD for thier hard work. Not the TACO BELL I grew up on. Where’s the BEEF? unacceptable. Below is a Picture of 1 of my taco supreme. s. Got SUPREME? Setting the bar or BELL pretty low. Not fair.

My order was ready for pickup fairly quickly, and everything was prepared just as requested. I got everything I needed without any issues. However, the lack of cinnamon and sugar on the twists was a bit of a letdown, though I know that’s pretty standard at most places. Overall, it was a solid experience

By far, the best Taco Bell in Omaha. Never had a rude employee. Food is always hot and fresh. If you can drive the extra mile or two to visit this location, I’d highly recommend

They didnt ask if i wanted to order aything. They just kicked me out the door. I get that your closing the lobby but why would I want you to make me 3 potato tacos when you care more about closing the store then gaining one more sale and a happy customer right before you close the lobby?

I had to write a review because I received exemplary service a few weeks ago. The nice black-haired man who took my order was very kind. He works the nights shifts on weekdays. He always gets my order correct (even though the line is always extremely long and he seems to be the only cashier working). He also told me he’d make a fresh batch of nacho fries for me because the other ones were a bit cold. I didn’t even ask. Pleasant experience!

This Taco Bell is bad! If you want tacos, taco Johns is way better, or even any other location! We go here sometimes because it is convenient but our order is usually wrong or they forget something. Yesterday we had the worst experience. We placed an order on the app and payed. NEVER received anything! We came around again a few hours ago. Nothing. Today we went back and told them what happened. After a long wait in the drive through we went back around. *staff wasn’t very kind* finally received food after being told NO and that they couldn’t do anything about it. We didn’t get a refund. McDonald’s is better at this point, but sometimes you just want tacos.
