Waited 15 mins for cold fry’s. Only person in line. Ketchup packets had weird stick brown stuff on the outside of them. Hair on my burger. I can understand the wait, especially when you have two people working. But cold fries, and Hair in the burger, I cannot.

This Burger King is an okay location, but it is not my top choice when it comes to food. I am not a big fan of most Burger King items these days, though I do enjoy the chicken fries, regular fries, and their ice cream cones. When the ice cream isn’t too runny OR over frozen. Soft serve is only good when it’s done RIGHT. When it’s not, it is very disappointing and gross. This place does okay with the ice cream most of the time. 🙂 Not the best but also not the worst 🙂
Over the years, the Whoppers and burgers in general seem to have gotten noticeably smaller, which has been a bit disappointing. Food quality here is hit or miss, but generally acceptable.
Most of my visits to this location are for picking up delivery orders. Service is usually manageable, but not especially fast or welcoming. My social anxiety tends to be higher here than at many other restaurants, mostly due to limited acknowledgment or interaction from staff.
I do want to note that the Burger King on 176th and Meridian is an excellent example of how things can be done right. Since the new manager took over, that location has been consistently fast, friendly, and offers the best food quality I have seen at a Burger King in decades. I rarely feel anxious there, especially when the manager is working, as he is very personable and welcoming.
Overall, this South Hill location is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. Learning from the 176th and Meridian location would go a long way toward improving the experience here. 🙂 Just my two sense thanks

We’ve been here a couple times this year and I can see myself coming back. The manager keeps standards high, the cashier is friendly and the environment is great for our family. No sticky floors like some fast food places.

To the Owner or General Manager. My daughter and I like to eat out once a week. Just a daughter dad date. There was a guy named Will. Well you are lucky to have him. This man should work everywhere. He literally is the best service employee I have ever ran into. Thanks Will for making my daughter and I feel so welcome!

Your typical BK. I’ve had to place my order a couple of times over because it was made wrong but the staff is pleasant and tries hard to please it’s customers. The lobby is always -20 degrees and freezing tho. Of all the times I’ve been there it’s never been warm .

We got the chicken sandwich meal and I wanted to try the spicy chicken wrap. Got home and they forgot the wrap. I thought I saw all the items in the bag. Went back and the manager was cool and remembered us and said he’ll get a fresh one made. The drive thru little girl was not friendly nor did she apologize for the mishap. I don’t care to go back to ANY BK. You can see how the chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken wrap look in my pix. The wrap is small and after 2 bites, the last half had no chicken and was poorly made. Service needs to be better and the food needs to be made better! Not just a little smear of mayo…. You workers need to make the food like it’s for you or a family member, if not, don’t work fast food. Ain’t no one wanna choke on that chicken sandwich lol No thank you BK! 4 thumbs down

i order from this store regularly. and every single time i place a order they absolutely NEVER provide me with the sauces i request nor a straw. without fail every single time. you can bet on it. so freaking frustrating. management needs to freaking manage their people

I went through drive through, I asked for a meal at the price listed, all the girl could say was what size small or medium, I asked for what the meal that had the price and she would only say what size? Wheni went to pay she was rude, no greeting, just a scowl. I cancelled my order and won’t come back. I don’t need to reward poor attitudes or poor customer service.

Really tired of fast food restaurants giving me coke zero when I ask for coke. It’s not the same thing and I can’t drink it. I end up paying for something that gets thrown in the garbage after the first sip. If you are out of regular coke tell me and I’ll order something different

Walked in, not even eye contact for 10 minutes standing at front counter. no one saying just a sec, nothing. then when they do make eye contact, eyes rolled and a scoff. no wonder ur business is failing. quick service is supposed to have excellent customer service. I GUESS NOT!!! I will be sure to never come back, and I will tell anyone and everyone who will listen, on social media everywhere! Also their not busy, I see why…. the franchise needs to do some serious work on this crew. all attitude, no cleanliness standards, employee touching their eyes then with no gloves packing orders, no hats, and I’ve never seen a soda machine have to enter a pin number to unlock to fill soda! sad times we live in.
