I had terrible experience yesterday. Ordered caramel cappuccino in small cup and was delivered less than half cup in return. When asked the the girl got really rude. Instead of apology she started getting aggressive and said I confused her with my order and she cannot fix it. The manager instead of fixing issue threaten to call security. I am really disappointed and will not go there ever again. This is not the way you do business. Their coffee is good but service the management is awful. I hope the owner of this cafe will fix this to gain further business.

Such a great place! Their chocolate lovers mocha is AMAZING and this is coming who does not like mochas typically. The employees have friendly, helpful and just basically awesome both times! The chocolate is so good too. I can’t help but buy one of their amazing chocolate covered caramels when I stop in. The sugar is extra fuel for shopping all of the outlets. The store has always been clean too which I always appreciate.

Very disappointed with this café. I am a regular customer and visit several times a week, though usually earlier in the day. On this occasion, today, I came with my husband to have a coffee and was unpleasantly surprised. I arrived 17 minutes before closing time (7:43pm) but the barista was already cleaning the coffee machine and refused to make coffee, saying the café was already closed. Google states that the café is open until 8 PM, but in reality, they shut down earlier. If you don’t serve customers until the official closing time, please update your hours so people don’t waste their time.

Ok. So let me clear the chocolate is yummy. Not spectacular but yummy. My complaints are it’s very expensive for the quality you get. However that’s not was threw me off. We got a few pieces of chocolate for 50$ and they wanted 3$ for a box to put them in! Unbelievable. Then I had water bottles and needed a cup to give my kids some water after eating so much chocolate and they wanted 1.25 per cup! What a scam and rip off. I won’t be going in there anymore. It’s fine if they want to charge a ridiculous amount for the chocolate but to charge $3 for the tiny box when the customer is clearly buying over $50 worth of chocolate is a scam. And the whole $1.25 for an empty cup is ridiculous.
Other than that the employee was nice and the chocolate was decent.
Another person at the mall said she asked for some ice in her cup and was charged $1.50 for it. Ridiculous. Management really needs to change these ridiculous policies. You’re taking advantage of your customers
