Clean, fast and friendly service and incredible food! I have to be honest, I was not anticipating Bishop having a restaurant this good! Highly recommend. Delicious food, gluten free options and they are able to make adjustments to your order if needed! The horchata tastes like the real deal too, not instant powdered horchata. Addictive!
We all got various fajita plates, none of which disappointed sizzling hot, tender meats, with the option to have homemade tortillas. (Although I’m not sure if the homemade corn tortillas are gluten free). Regardless, we will definitely be eating here again

They used to serve very generous portions and food was very good; now servings are smalll and not so good. They took a long time to serve us, even though the restaurant was almost empty.

I ordered the cheese enchiladas, and they were really really good. They’re about the same flavor of most everywhere else, but the overall quality is what stood out. The beans weren’t dry, the rice wasn’t dry, and it was just the right amount of cheese in the enchiladas. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely come here again.

Very clean . Smells good . Set up is aesthetically pleasing. Furniture is unique, the interior design is amazing . Customer service is great . Lastly , and the best part , THE FOOD is ohhhMyGosh delicious. Food was hot , fresh , and flavorful. Speedy service, too! Authentic ! Definitely would recommend!

After months of traveling and working through Kansas and Iowa I finally got to drive down home to Texas and I decided to stop at a familiar place that I used to venture to when I was working in the area and I was so happy that they remembered me from two years ago , they also had what I was craving , my favorite Caldo de Res ❤️ I couldn’t find it for the life of me where I was working at but here they had it, God bless these people and their business

We dined in for breakfast a there were like only 2 tables. The food was a little cold and the lady took forever to bring the tortillas out. Will not recommend and will not return. I thought the price was okay compared to IHOP.
