Just wasn’t the greatest experience overall. The person who took our order was kind and polite. After that our order took quite a while to come out, and wasn’t built quite right. Nothing major, just tomato came on a sandwich when requested to have it without, and they didn’t put the correct sauce on either. My chicken sandwich had good flavor, but the chicken was like a hunk of rubber. The milkshake however was delicious. I probably won’t make it back, and I should have seen some of this coming when I saw the prices.

It took about 30 minutes for us to get 2 trays. The couple in front of us got their food, finished and was out the door before ours was on the table. There was one more family behind us and theirs came out around the same time. Order was never called and it honestly wasn’t worth the wait. And the portions make the price make sense.

I like the chili dogs, especially when the hot dog is slightly overcooked, but sometimes the chili tastes kind of burnt. The coleslaw is amazing. I would get a burger more often if the bottom bun wasn’t soggy with grease, that is a deal breaker. The last couple times I ordered fries they were awful. The grilled chicken is usually like an over spiced piece of leather or rubber. The milkshake was awesome. The people are friendly.

My family and I tried Cook Out for the very first time. Overall the meal was good. The hamburgers had a home cooked flair. The hotdogs were wonderful, probably the one thing I will definitely go back for. The bacon lettuce wraps were also really go, even the picky kids liked those. The hush puppies and onion rings were on point but the cheese bites were a bit over cooked. We also tried a quesadilla. It was pretty good as well.
The staff was super friendly and made sure you were happy. The restaurant was nice but I didn’t care for the smokiness that laid over the dining room. I wouldn’t recommend people with breathing difficulties dine in.

Every single time I come to this location. The food is made poorly, I’m missing an item that I paid for or the order isn’t correct. Or the put old chicken tenders on the wrap that are way to small. Or as seen in the picture they put a whole slice of onion on my burger. The guy who took my order was extremely rude and impatient with me while I was ordering and ended up not even getting my order correct and forgetting my Cole slaw i ordered.
I don’t understand how hard it is to just do your job correctly. I work in fast food and it’s not brain surgery to do the job. I can’t ever get a hold of anyone about fixing my problem either. If you ask me, this place is a waste of time and money.

I don’t go to cook out often, but I’m usually not disappointed with what I get. Today I received a hair in my sandwich. I also asked if the Cajun chicken came fried or not, which was my deciding factor when ordering it. It was grilled. :/

This is a joke. Came into town to try out favorite hometown food that we don’t have in FL.. came to cookout to have a fancy shake.
Not only did we receive terrible service. Every single one of our shakes were messy abd all over the outside…

This was my first visit to Cook Out. To be honest I was overwhelmed with the menu options on the drive thru board. I ordered a cheese burger with fries and a half and half tea.
OK … WOW!
Crinkle Fries was an added Bonus Surprise! Hot and just the right amount of salt
Half and Half Tea was spot on.
The Cheese Burger was the best burger I have had in a long while. The hamburger was cooked perfectly and hot. The cheese was good and melted. Thick sliced tomato , onion , the lettuce was cool, crisp, and with just the perfect amount of mayo.
Fast and Friendly CUSTOMER SERVICE. Receipt says Cashier Trep great job!
My only regret …. I wish I would have ate there SOONER.
Milkshake next time.

The employee at the drive through either needs to learn how to wear a headset or there’s a language barrier. Both of our trays were incorrect, they asked for our receipt to make it right. Now we don’t even have our receipt for tax purposes…this was around 6pm on 8/7/2025. We had a pallet of horse feed in the back of our pickup truck if a manager were to want to look into this. The girl seemed to have an attitude. The Diet Coke also was low on syrup or not adjusted correctly. So asking for them to make the burger the right way, asking for a Fanta, and then asking for another straw, and then asking for napkins, and then asking for a fork for the walking taco, and then asking for the cheese bites that they didn’t give us, instead they gave chicken nuggets must’ve set them off. And I didn’t even want to mention the chicken that was in our cheese quesadilla.
