Unacceptable, dried up no sauce. Believe the reviews this is the absolute worst papa John’s to go too. New management necessary

This is the second time that my pizza had to be restored. And when I spoke with the manager Robert he was overly rude and inconsiderate about the entire situation. He proceeds to hang up in my face once I stated I would call corporate. Second time this pizza was delivered wrong. It was supposed to be half cheese half pepperoni. It looks like they put extra pepperoni on one side.

As a former manager of a pizzeria, a pizza with a 2″+ wide crust is an insult and wouldn’t be served. Each slice is literally almost 1/4 crust as demonstrated in the photo. I’ll stick to dominos or Fellini’s (my favorite) down the street.

I’ve given them three Fair chances since moving to the area and they’ve all been failures. Terrible service. Multiple mistakes. The pizzas have been poorly made. Not cut all the way through, toppings thrown in the middle and not out to the edges, undercooked, all kinds of issues. Avoid this location!!

I’ve always been a Papa John’s fan but the service I received tonight was exceptional. Robert, the store manager, called me personally to make sure I was updated on my order even though it was through a third party ordering system. Customer service is often over looked these days but not on Robert’s watch. Our food was delivered fresh in the specified time frame. Fantastic service and food from their team!

They didn’t give a damn how they prepared my pizza and left out my extra sauces that I had paid for! The manager acted as if he didn’t give a dam, terrible attitude towards customers a “don’t care attitude!”

This Papa John’s so slow that people Nextdoor order through DoorDash for drivers to wait because Papa John’s passes on cost to customer which reduces tip and quality delivery. This place is terrible. I’ve told this guy what order I’m here for and it was determined that he can’t read! Shack pay your employees better or get out of the pizza business. Sell out.

Went inside to order ‘carry out’. Young man at register was nice, polite, and helpful.
The pie wasn’t beautiful but is was tasty; so I’ll order from here again.
Yes, I’d prefer a pizza with evenly spaced pepperoni and other toppings but I can always rearrange later.
I don’t know why this franchise doesn’t mandate preparation techniques?
The ingredients are decent they (staff) just need a reason to present them better. That starts at the top with management and training.
This could be the ‘little pizza shop that could… ‘ if they wanted.

Pizza crust was thin and hard. Can’t be real Papa Johns ingredients, I’m convinced. Called in and manager replaced my pizzas but they were the same low quality. I see why they’re buy 1 get 1 free. Guess its back to Marcos for us.

Unfortunately I ordered pizza yesterday for delivery and when it arrived the crust was thin and very cardboard-esque. I went to complain online and was directed to call the store. When I did, I told the store manager they gave me the wrong crust (I ordered original pan). She asked me to describe the crust and I said “it’s not original pan, it’s thin and very cardboardy – maybe gluten free?” She said “oh, no, that just means it’s been sitting out a long time”… I said “ok well it’s not edible” she said “Ok I can re-make it and it’ll be delivered, but it may take a while” I said “ok”. Then she called me back and said she only has authorization to actually give me a PARTIAL refund. I am so disappointed. I was not able to choke down a single slice and I had to throw it away. What has happened to Papa John’s quality? Why couldn’t they either deliver me a fresh pizza or provide a full refund? The crust was on par with Lunchables, but actually 10x worse. It was Tombstone, frozen pizza, level.
