This restaurant is usually splendid at service as well as food quality, so I have never had a problem spending money here. Today is September 20th, national free queso day as Moes has posted all over and I was intrigued. I came with a friend to get free queso which came with chips. Naturally, we ordered and I said two cups of free queso because my friend and I’s orders were separate. My friend got her chips and I got nothing. I reminded the cashier two times that it was separate and I wanted my chips. Twice. The cashier proceeded to ask if I wanted my chips and I said yes both times. He then ignored me both times after I confirmed that I, in-fact, wanted the chips despite me waiting close nearby on them. He also knew I was waiting because I was looking at him majority of the time and he looked back on multiple occasions. Extremely unprofessional, and distasteful. It has ruined my appetite as well. That is no short of weird, especially when I, as a customer was understanding and constantly cooperating to let them know they made a mistake in a nice manner.

The food was packaged well and delivered on time. We had a couple packages of food, buffet style, cookies, burritos, and tacos. There was queso and plenty of sides for the tacos. It was easy to order online and schedule delivery. I will definitely be doing this again.

UPDATE: I hadn’t been in a while and was pressed for time so I thought I’d give them another shot. For $11 and change I got a burrito that was about 3/4 the size I remember them being. Their burritos are not much larger than a Taco Bell beefy 5 layer burrito or something if at all. I’m guessing the amount of toppings is about the same but Moe’s are thicker and shorter. Full disclosure: I bit the very end off before I took the picture but it didn’t get to the filling.

I just placed an order through seamless/GrubHub. I ordered a homewrecker bowl and chose chicken as the protein. I ordered a sprite. My order arrived with a large bowl with nothing but chicken, and no sprite. I called and they told me I was supposed to choose each topping separately despite that not being an option. Why would you charge me $10 and send a half bowl of chicken? Clearly I want the homewrecker bowl as described and I chose chicken as the protein. Even if there was an option for each topping, it’s silly to describe it as including those things then ask me to chose them all over again. And they had no answer regarding the sprite.
