It’s a hit or miss here. Sometimes it’s amazing & sometimes it’s terrible! This was one of those terrible times I think this will be my last time at this location though. I can’t tolerate the soggy, wet & greasy pizza.

I used to love this Little Ceasar’s. I’m not sure what has changed over the last several months, but the quality and service have gone downhill. I gave it a try again today. The employee at the register was helping someone, when it was my turn to order she left without saying a word to me. I thought that was pretty odd. They didn’t have what I wanted ready and the vibe was off, so I went to the one on Southfield road where I received super friendly service!

Understaffed, never hot and ready let alone fully cooked. even if ordered ahead of time it will never be ready at the requested time. I feel awful for the one employee literally running to try and bake, take orders from the drive thru, counter, and over the phone.

Once I was finally greeted I was told my order was “in the box”
I entered the pickup code and an empty drawer opened….
The order was handed to me, the associate asked if I had received the crazy sauce (not sure how I possibly could have)
Approach with patience and low expectations
Just order some puffs or a hot-n-ready
Im a huge fan of the fancieroni pepperoni which it’s description online boasts OVER 100 PEPPERONI
Whatever I guess, it was less than $20 and I’m sure the employees are underpaid and over worked.

Work nearby 9 times out of 10 nothing is made and nobody is around when I’m standing there for 5+ min. Worst one by far. 2/25/26. Walked out after standing there and nobody com8ng to take my order. Do better

Love the Little Caesars Berkley location. Only location around for miles that has the drive thru. As a result, the inside is closed and use of the pizza portal is…..well….. you know.
You always got fresh and hot pizzas here pre-pandemic but now, not so much. They do their best being understaffed and extremely busy from open to close.
The wait in the drive thru can be sometimes up to 45 min long though it’s normally like 20 minutes or so. Key to getting a hot and fresh pizza is to wait until you get there and then call in your order while you’re in line. By the time you get to the window, it will be hot.
In spite of everything that’s going on, I’m giving them 5 stars due to what they used to be like for years pre-pandemic and the fact that I’ve never had a problem with this location for over 12 years.
