You are always welcomed with a smile. Sandwiches are freshly made. Salads, veggies, and fruit cups are prepared for daily consumption. Ready to grab-n-go. Nice place to have breakfast or lunch.

I placed an order to be delivered for a friend that got out of the hospital. I ordered the French toast and bacon. NEVER will again. The bacon was burnt the French toast was half warm and half cold and had a taste of onion to it so you knew it must of been done in the grill. So disappointing and gross.

I truly wish I could give the service 0 stars, but 1 star will show enough that they’re rude and incompetent.
The woman that answered my phone call couldn’t understand the order I was placing.
I repeated it 4 or 5 times emphasizing hot sauce to go on the sandwich.
When I got home it was LOADED with ketchup. I actually think it was mixed which is even more gross.
We asked for everything bagels and the bagels were stale and had no seasoning on them.
I called back complaining and asking for a refund and spoke to a women at first who again couldn’t understand what I was saying and passed the phone off to a man.
The man was extremely rude on the phone and told me there’s nothing he can do to help me; he said “I actually think they mixed the hot sauce and ketchup” and I said “that’s even worse. I didn’t ask for that”. I then complained and said the bagel had no everything seasoning on it. It was like a stale plain bagel with a small amount of random seeds on it. His response was “the bagels had seeds on it so it shouldn’t be an issue.”
He spoke over me, and told me he was too busy to take care of this. Then hung up on me.
When this was Carmel Bagel- this would’ve NEVER happened. I’ve had BEC sandwiches from Dunkin that were tastier.
I spent almost $17 on 2 egg sandwiches, that were poor quality. Then told “there’s nothing I can do to help you”
I could’ve went to Dunkin or McDonald’s and had an accurate order that tasted better for the same price or cheaper.
Since the ownership has changed this facility has gone down hill and is no where near what they used to be.
I will not be coming back here ever again- the language barrier is too frustrating to order with and the customer service is truly horrific.
Such a shame to see a notable restaurant my whole childhood turn into something so terrible.

I go here often throughout the week. My main order is the Jack Sparrow on a bagel. I have also gotten one of their specialty sandwiches as a paying and it was amazing, especially the bread which I believe was an awesome sourdough type bread. I find the place to be very reasonable in terms of price and quality. The flavor is there and the workers are always moving, attentive, and informative. The atmosphere is warm, the pastries are also good and I believe made in house. I highly recommend stopping by for a sandwich and checking it out.

Yesterday I ordered two bagels with cream cheese. Bagels are a $1 and they charged $3 per bagel for cream cheese. The woman caught it and said this doesn’t look right (my total was over $10) she saw there was a bagel w/ cream cheese option and it made the total to be just over $7 which sounded right. I went in this morning and same thing happens so I mention “oh I’m rung up incorrectly this happened yesterday yadda yadda.” A person who looked like the owner turns around and questioned it. So I explained, she questioned it again and said no. I said then this will be the last time I’ll be in here and she just shrugged and gave me her back.

Second time in a row my bagel order was incorrect. The girl who wrote it up did so correctly, the gurl who made it did not read it correctly. Also the cream cheese was minimal and bagel more on the hard tough side. Will not go there again and will not recommend it.
