Burger Fi, in my opinion is one of the top 5 fast casual Burger restaurants. If you Google it, I’m not the only one who gives it my vote and I will describe my CEO Wagyu burger to tell you why.
The CEO Wagyu Burger arrives branded with their logo and it looks amazing and a little arty, I love the choice of bun for how it taste’s too. The meat is next level of quality with Wagyu beef. This gives it a nice beefy taste and texture. It just feels elevated compared to other options.
The burger has a sweet and tangy bacon and tomato topping combination. Also, Truffle Aioli – it just sounds nice! Similar to truffle fries, that flavor just adds some decadence.
Lastly I was never a fan of Swiss until I learned how well it goes with beef and this dish has aged Swiss. It really ties in well with everything and not my usual.
The price is more expensive but I actually think it is good value based on the competition.
I spend about the same amount of money at 5 Guys. Similarly, over there you also get fresh and quality ingredients. However I always leave 5 guys feeling like it was expensive. The reason is I think I can cook a good burger that would be similar.
However this burger is not something I think I can make. The flavors are unique and I don’t mind spending more for the quality beef. Definitely want to repeat this CEO Burger. This location didn’t have the Swag which I have had at another location and is also a unique winner of a burger.
This location appears to be fairly new. The store was not very busy and it was clean and the team was friendly and quick. I love to write reviews to support local businesses and wanted to give the a shout out as I’m not sure the location is as known.

Great burger, crazy good onion rings and shake. Arrived at 8:59, one minute before posted closing time. They took my order with a smile, cooked it and brought it to me still happy to serve. What a great staff!

Upon reading the reviews, I was skeptical on trying BurgerFi at this location. I have never been to this chain before so I gave it a chance and I was quite surprised at how good the burger was. Very good flavor. The fries were good too. The only downside is it’s a bit expensive. $18+ for a cheeseburger with fries and a drink. I think it’s worth the price so hopefully they keep making good quality food.

The CEO Wagyu burger is delicious! I was craving a good burger and this one definitely hit the spot. I flavor mixes are perfect. That tomato bacon jam, truffle aioli and Swiss cheese is a trio I can get used to.

Placed a pickup order today (10/1/25) for a kid’s meal and 2 shakes for pickup at 11:55 am; arrived at noon, kid’s meal ready; the female employee who stated she was the manager said she had to go get ice cream for the second shake. She continued to work on other customers as I waited about 20 more minutes while the kid’s meal got cold. She went and got additional ice cream and made the second shake and then finished the first one that was placed in the freezer. I asked could she remake the 1st one as it was for my mother who has dementia and other health issues, and I didn’t want her getting sick. She rudely stated no she couldn’t throw it out. In addition, she incorrectly added a topping to one of the shakes that wasn’t requested. When I mentioned it, she argued how the order was placed and then looked at the receipt to see that she was wrong. I took the shake at that point just so the other customers could be waited on, and the kid’s meal wouldn’t get any colder. What is the purpose of stating on the online app what time you’ll be arriving for your order, just to have to wait an additional 20+ minutes? Previous BurgerFi managers have had excellent rapport with the customers, food prepared timely, food perfect temperature, and greet other customers while they tend to the current customer. The store had several customers that had to wait for a while with no acknowledgement from her or explanation as to when they would be served. She is not management material and need training on good customer service. If I had known I was going to receive awful customer service, I would have gone to the new Five Guys in the area. Dissatisfied customer.

This is my first time trying the chain. I heard that if you like shake shack, this is similar. I’m not a fan of either. I liked the fries, but that’s the only thing I’d come back for. ~$24

Was in this location recently. I noticed the fries were not the real potato hand cut fries as advertised. I was told the real potatoes were no longer available. We tried the establishment twice since it’s been open. Not satisfied at all. We will test the frie situation at another location. We will not return to this location.

Noticing the cashier coughing in the air , coughing on his hands, coughing through the food window & handling customers and their food. I dont think that is sanitary at all when dealing with food especially if you are sick.. WEAR A MASK!! i havent even tried the food and my throat is getting itchy just being in here. TEACH YOUR WORKERS HOW TO BE MORE SANITARY especially around food AND THINK ABOUT OTHERS WHEN THEY ARE SICK!

Food was overall good. But for 3 people we got two meals, a side burger and a milkshake and we paid almost $70. Food is good but the prices were absolutely ridiculous. Definitely won’t be going back

Went to the BurgerFi at the Woodmore location last week to try the veggie burger. The cashier, and possibly the manager, who appeared to be either a middle eastern or Asian man. This man wiped his nose and then started picking his nose. I walked out. Be mindful of eating here.
