The only reason I gave 4 stars on service is because the store was being run by 1 person only and it took a while to get our food. The employee was doing the best he could but was too busy for only 1 employee. Beyond that, this is my family’s favorite subway out of all of them nearby.

Been here 3 times and will be the last. This is the slowest Sub Way in the country. It’s not a reflection of the workers but the OWNER. You can’t have 1 employee running the entire shop by alone.

Would rate no stars if possible. Employees have no idea what they are doing. Ordered one of the personal pizzas and it was still cold when I got it. The cheese hadn’t even melted. This Subway seems to have higher prices on some items than other nearby locations also.

Friendly normally everybody’s very friendly we go in there almost everyday for my husband’s lunch sandwich I got in today and this new girl proceeded to just rolled my wrap where the ends are open. I told her she was going to have to fix that cuz it’ll fall out she said that it’s all going to the same spot that’s she has 99 problems and I’m not want news flash I know that song and she wants to be rude to call me a b**** I called her stupid and that if she didn’t like her job she needed to find her a new one I will be calling her manager today I told her she could keep the sandwich

Just went in and asked for a number 5 pro they didn’t have the cheese for the sandwich than she tells me the pro means extra cheese only. I have gotten the pro at other subways and it is extra meat not cheese. She was on her phone with gloves on.

It is the slowest Subway I have been to, in a long time. Employees are nice but everytime I go, it’s as if it is the employee’s first day. Found a hair in my sandwich.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Both people working acted like they didn’t want to even be there, burnt my sandwich to a crisp to which I didn’t even want toasted in first place. DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL, GO DOWN FEW MILES FURTHER TO DOTHAN TO ANOTHER SUBWAY
