Broth is always great and fresh ingredients always used, never ever disappointed here. The outside isnt the most inviting looking (barred for safety I assume) however don’t be shy. Inside is clean, fully equipped with all your soup needs lol. Owner is a really kind Uncle. Recommend for sure.

Low-key spot for a bowl of soup. As you walk in, you see the sign for “Cash Only,” but they accept card as well.
They didn’t have a “shrimp only” pho so I requested it and they accommodated. Broth was really good. Shrimps were basically peeled – all but the tail.
The garnishing plate had an excessive amount of bean sprouts and didn’t notice it was missing the greens until I started to dig in. Not sure if they were out or just didn’t do it.
Overall good food and experience. Would eat here again.

WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EVERYONE. I have been going to pho thu thuy for a decade and every time I ate here it did not disappoint. The broth is the best part about this place it’s so refreshing and delicious, the portions was great and affordable, the meat and vegetables are very fresh. The customer service is great the man was very kind to me every time I came in. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to eat pho in white center.

This place is easily the best pho around white center. And truly is my favorite in Seattle. Its located in a nice low key area. The broth is out of this world. I can’t find a place with better broth. The meat portions are very generous, always loaded with fresh veggies on the garnishment plate. Very friendly owner. I have never left disappointed. If you’re a pho lover, you need to try this place.

Really good Pho. The fried rice was wonderful as well. The broth for the pho has some nice spices and a very deep rich color and taste. The texture on the tendon was amazing and the brisket and rare steak were very good too. All in all great experience.

Best tasting pho, most comfortable setting, and best prices in White Center. My wife and I have tried at least 5 places in West Seattle, this place is the best. We honeymooned in Vietnam, so always love the feeling of a bowl of fresh pho.
