Justin Warner is without a doubt the best chef in the five state region. I’ve lived in Rapid City for 15 years and the food scene up to around 2024 was genuinely depressing – everything is mediocre, either flavorless or overspiced. We finally have a few good places. But BBBs always has the best food, made to perfection – and with lots of original vegetarian/vegan options. I go for the non-alcholic drinks myself, which cant be found elsewhere.
The place has a unique and chill environment with nice vinyls playing, southern sun and patio, and only the best live music featured certain evenings. Nice hangout space in general.
Anyway, its my favorite place to grab a flavorful lunch.

Friendly staff, very chill with an upscale vibe. The menu has some amazing and unique dishes for the area and the wine list gives you a lot of great options to choose from. One of my favorite places in Rapid City for sure!!

I got a wine flight and the steak tartar. The wine is delicious and the recommendations were spot on. The tartar was wonderful, perfectly seasoned and everything complimented each other. I absolutely lived it.
