Little Ceasars Pizza is convenient. The app allows you to order online and when it’s ready, they let you know it’s ready for pick-up. You dont have to let anyone know your name and wait for them to find it. They have a multi-layered warmer with locked doors and you just walk up to it and enter the code you received with your pick up notice or use the QR scanner and the door unlocks and opens mechanically to allow you access to your pizza. Take it out, check it, and walk out. You can get a 1 topping large pizza for under 8 dollars and 2 large topping pizzas for 10. In a hungry world with a low budget, little Ceasars is feeding faces. Bang per buck, this is the place.

Three weeks ago I ordered delivery from this location. They don’t have their own drivers, it goes through DoorDash- that’s fine. I ordered a pizza + crazy bread combo and something else. The DoorDasher showed up at my house… with the sides, but no pizza. He said the pizza apparently hadn’t shown up “in the portal” at the store, so they hadn’t made my pizza, and they didn’t give it to him. The Dasher- who wasn’t a Little Caesars employee, obviously- went above and beyond to fix this for me, running back to the store to get the pizza for me. I wrote this off as an odd glitch (it had never happened before).

Earlier today I ordered from the same location. Again, I ordered a pizza + crazy bread combo and some cheese crazy puffs. Well, once again, the Dasher shows up at my door with no pizza, and he says it didn’t show up “in the portal” again. Now, I don’t know what that means. There’s a little slip tacked to the box of crazy puffs that lists three “new make items” on it, including the pizza. Even if there’s a glitch preventing the pizza from showing up somewhere, it would take an almost superhuman level of incompetence not to double-check all this and see this slip and see that a pizza needs to be made for this order (and who the hell would order just sides from a pizza place anyway?). It turned out that they gave me the wrong crazy puffs this time, too (pepperoni when I had ordered cheese).

This time, the DoorDasher wasn’t so willing to solve the problem for me (and I don’t blame him- it wasn’t his mistake). So I called the number on the order receipt I was emailed and ended up talking to somebody at a call center (I don’t even know if she was working for Little Caesars or for DoorDash). She said she couldn’t re-deliver the order, and offered to refund half the purchase. (Would I have gotten other options if I had pressed for them? I have no idea.) Well, the pizza had made up more than half the price I paid, so I got the privilege of paying extra for some breadsticks and the wrong crazy puffs, plus half tax, plus $4.50 (half the delivery fee + tip). Great! A 50% refund is insulting, especially since this is the second time this exact same problem has happened.

I guess the moral of the story is don’t trust that this place will actually get your order right, and don’t trust that you’ll be able to do anything about it if they screw it up.

Just weird. People are nice, service is sloooooow. They really really need a manager. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Waited 45 mins for 2 pizzas, wings, and garlic bread. Already paid unfortunately had to wait. Definitely not going back. As people walked in and out, they Definitely were mad and disappointed as well.

I had to re-order online three times just for it not to work anyways making me wait there for an hour just to not get my order. The worker was a cool dude and let me take some pizzas for free because I had to wait intill they were literally closing. So yeah I don’t recommend it

I was in on a Saturday night. I ordered online. It took more than 1 hr to get my order. I ordered at 5:30 and waited. They did not have anything ready to go. I watched 3 people walk out because of the wait.

Tried to call in an order, the phones cut in and out. Drove across town to order in person, and even then they got the order wrong. I was starving and my wife was waiting so I took it. The pizza was fine, but the service left much to be desired. Don;t get me started on the location and what a hassle it is getting to their parking lot.
I’m done. Casey’s is two blocks away and the pizza is a LOT better.

Decided to deliver for once, big mistake. Took two hours to get. Tried to contact driver, no reply. Tried to contact Little Caesars, no answer. Doordash support was, little to no help. My order finally arrived, it was cold cardboard and burnt. Just driving myself from now on.

Ordered over the phone, confirmed the order 3 times because the person taking online orders had an accent and couldn’t understand or communicate well… when I picked up the order it was wrong, missing a pizza. This is the second time I’ve had my order messed up by this location and I had to wait for a whole pizza to be made AFTER I pay for when I order online or over the phone. The guy working the front counter informed me they don’t have anyone at the location like that so it must be a third party service that handles phone orders. Things like this don’t to make stores more efficient just ends up causing more problems than anything. Not happy.

Got the wrong pizza earlier this week, no worries- was offered another one “free” Lol (obviously just the one i paid for, but letting me know I can get it another time)

Go to get that “free” pizza. Waited 30 minutes to find out it was not even put in the oven… mind you Im in the car with our 8 month old baby trying to console him. Had to drive home, call our emergency baby sitter and come back to my hubby outside with our pizza in the cold since he was treated so poorly. TERRIBLE service.
