On Thursday, January 29, I brought a bunch of young girls anxious and eager to get donuts for their sleepover that night. We arrived at 8:48, with 12 minutes until the place closed. We pulled up and parked, and the doors were locked. So we knocked on the doors. There were two young ladies working there, and they both saw us and they completely ignored us. I have worked retail for many years, and even if I were to lock up the store early, I would always let customers in and accommodate them until the actual closing time. My daughters were heartbroken tonight as we watched these two ladies just laugh and ignore us while we continue to knock on the windows with 12 minutes left until closing time. Very rude and unprofessional… We will not be using this Dunkin location any longer. Please speak to these young ladies about being better employees in the future. You just cost yourself some customers.

I went thru the drive thru for a mobile pick up. The employees said absolutely nothing to me when they handed me the order. The iced coffee tasted like watery syrup and the sandwiches were burnt (I could literally smell the burning as I was sitting in my car at the window, so they definitely knew they messed up). They weren’t busy at all and my order was so simple, so there really was no excuse.

This is a double store Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Dunkin is on the left. There were 2 employees that I could see handling walk-in traffic and drive-thru. It was nice to see a clean store when I mostly do the drive-thru. This location has a wider selection of donuts that I haven’t seen available at other locations. I was greeted warmly. I was interested in a dozen donuts, but they didn’t have a dozen of one flavor displayed. He checked in the back, and they had more. I also ordered the $6 meal deal! You can get sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel or a croissant. You also get 6 hash brown rounds and a hot or iced medium coffee. The younger employee asked a few questions of the other employee, so maybe he was new. I had two separate orders and had to ask for a cup holder and a large carry bag. The store started to get crowded as I was walking out the door. Great visit. Wish they had the same inventory at every location, including some of the donuts that are advertised online but unavailable in our area.

Been meaning to review, but came here with my sister a week & a 1/2 ago for ice cream & a donut. (Was met by young, rude, bored employees) Home girl with the pink hair literally snapped on my sister, for trying to pay at the other register. She literally glared at us the whole entire time we ate.. while she layed over the counter, head in her hands, Her other homie mopped the seating area..literally started mopping under our feet. (It was in the middle of the day) we were their only customers & my toddler could have slipped & fell.
From someone who has worked in the food service industry for years take my advice, This place could be top notch but you need to get rid of the kids you hired.

Went in today to place an order and there was 6-7 employees and we were not greeted at all. One of them walked by us multiple times and didn’t acknowledge us, ask us to wait a moment. We were completely ignored resulting in us leaving without placing an order. Starbucks would never!

This Dunkin cannot get drinks or food out in less than 20 minutes. It’s ridiculous. Four cars sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. No one came to the speaker nothing. Do better.

First time here since the one next to it closed.
Drive through was a little slow and super narrow with sharp turns, so take it slow.
I got a hazelnut iced coffee with cream and no sugar and a sausage breakfast wrap. Both were exactly as ordered. Service was friendly and the area was clean.

I am not a person who goes to Dunkin a lot but my wife was getting induced across the street so I stepped out for something quick. I went twice and both times I went inside and even though they were relatively busy, the young man behind the counter was very patient and helped me figure out what I wanted in a quick and efficient manner. It was delicious. What else can I say?

The new place is a lot nicer than the other one. It’s cleaner and the employees seem to be very attentive. I got a small milkshake with a friend and we drank it inside. Seems to be more customers at this new location.
