Placed the order on the machine. 20$ meal two whoppers, two nuggets, two chicken original. I added extra tomato and lettuce two the whopper and extra lettuce to the chicken…got charged for the upgrades… where is the extra? Even went to the front to tell the lady to remind them and I never heard her say anything… this is the second time in less then a month. The burgers were cold and dry they don’t put enough condiments on the whoppers they were hard to eat… waste of time and money.
Last item was what my bf ordered a Rodeo burger also dry as dry and cold
Update 2 weeks later had bf get me a whopper extra lettuce, extra tomato… no extra infact less then half that was in the pic seen here but got charged and patty was black and hard… never again i give up

Some employees at this BJK are wonderful. Friendly with good customer service. I wish I could name them here. But some are careless and don’t even utter a word–no wait, I take that back, she did tell me my total. Then handed me a drink dripping with pop down the cup. I had to ask three times for her to please wipe the pop off the cup. Then she handed me the drinks and food without saying a word. A few bad apples can spoil the whole bushel.

Last two visits (which are very spread out as things typically a treat) were very disappointing. Lack of condiments and paid for extras on sandwiches. Meat was cold and dried out. Fries were very clearly old and soggy. Forgotten sauces every time. Maybe a little more emphasis on quality over speed and quantity especially when the team that is there now lacks any kind of politeness. I know it’s fast food but you really do get them impression that they don’t care and just want to get you in and out as fast as possible with very little focus on quality or customer satisfaction. Hoping things improve but we will probably choose to spend our dollars elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

Food was ok both times that I have been here.
Could be better service if you took a name for the order. Today I almost took someone else food. Last time I was here my food sat on the counter because the lady saying “here ya go” in a muffled tone wasn’t enough to get my attention over the other customers talking while waiting for their food.

The food was okay quality but the service from this manager named Teresa was so awful. She seemed super uptight and pissed I was ordering like she had better things to do and really is only about speed. She also yelled at the employees in the back like she herself could do there jobs. Lastly if you are to come into the restaurant I recommend coming in for dinner as those employees seemed the nicest and the kitchen workers I’ve seen back there on the weekends seem fast and always happy. Also the manager at night shift seems willing to do her job. My message to the manager who treats her job as a joke, retire your not meant to be a manager if you yourself can’t do the job.

This location has definitely gotten better. Still forget sauces sometimes. But its miles better than it was this time last year. Think they got rid of the bad eggs. Keep it up!

Upsetting when the employees seem to worry more about speed of service rather then service of food.
Lunch was not edible due to the solid hardness of the onion rings that looked like they sat in grease for a long time and Chicken fries were so crispy that the breading cracked off when picked up. No receipt was given (they never provide me with a reciept)
Call to notify the staff of the un edible food and they do not answer their phone. This happens any time we go to this Burger King for lunch.
I will go out of my way to spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
Clearly the employees of this Burger King do not utilize their holding time and temps correctly.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I went here to get a coke. I used the kiosk and at first wanted to pay with cash but after the receipt went to the cash register, I realized I didn’t have the cash so I started over and paid with my card. When I went to get my cup, you would have thought I was going to light the place on fire or something. The staff was EXTREMELY rude and was grumpy towards me because I realized I didn’t have the cash so I paid with my card instead. I then heard them gossip about it as I left. Do yourselves a favor and go to the michigan ave location

Just went thru drive thru, asked for 4 pc chicken nugget and 2 frys. the frys were fine but nuggets were jalapeno. Not fun for a child waiting at home for chicken nuggets and took a bite of that ! Ill return the next time I am out.
