Decent food most of the time, the service is good, however sometimes better or worse as employees are constantly changing. My only complaint is everytime I order for 2, each with almost the same veggies(minus pickles) one has a lot and is very appetizing and the other has barely any(usually mine). Still good, but the sandwiches are always noticeably different in size and quality and consistency.

They purposely mark stuff unavailable online to limit orders. I have even made comments to them about them marking it incorrectly as out of stock for online orders and they don’t care. Other than that food is ok sometimes veggies aren’t the freshest.

Went in and got two subs. Worker was making my moms sub and when she asked for cucumber he barely put any and even grabbed one and put it in his mouth and ate it. Didn’t ask how much sauce she wanted and put a ginormous amount on it before she could say to stop.

At least half the time I order online at least some part of the order is unavailable. They never call to let you know though you just show up to a refund in your bag. Which doesn’t include the online tip which was based on the actual order total. Worst subway in the region by far.

My experience was mixed , the food was good and service from employees good. However the manager was why I give the 1 star on atmosphere she was rude and yelling at employees for no apparent reason from what I could see. Seemed unnecessary and not how a business inside of another business should be ran. The whole store could hear her yelling and it made more than just myself uncomfortable waiting for our food.

Walked up and the red head ignored me for 4 minutes. Wouldn’t even look up. If I walk up and you are busy making an online order fine. But say HI, I’ll with you in a minute. So rude!!

I placed an online order and received a call shortly after that they weren’t filling the order because they’re closing early. They then told me to get a refund through the app “because they can’t refund an online order” which I cannot do because they marked my order as picked up. I also tipped, so they won’t refund my order or the tip I left when my food wasn’t made. Will never order here again!

The dude working tonight rushed me outta there didn’t put tomatoes on my food when asked and messed up my entire order cause he just wanted me to get in and get out I’m sorry but that’s rude service you shouldn’t rush your customers. Wont be going here and I don’t reccomend to others Chester subways way better
