After working a 16-hour shift without a lunch break and running purely on exhaustion and energy drinks, I ordered food expecting a fresh, safe meal. What I received was unacceptable. The red beans and rice were clearly stale and old, and the chicken was dry, overcooked, and had obviously been sitting far too long.
As someone who works in food compliance, this was especially alarming. The condition of the food suggests it may have exceeded safe hot-holding time and temperature standards. No customer should be served food that looks, tastes, or feels this way.
This experience explains why this location receives poor reviews. The quality, care, and service were completely lacking. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend management review both food safety practices and staff accountability. I also attached my receipt so that Upper Management isn’t confused as to who was on the schedule working tonight!

I ordered from this location 2 times this week and both times they got my order wrong. I ordered chicken sandwiches NO Mayonnaise and Cole slaw. Both orders were wrong as they added Extra mayonnaise on my sandwiches. They couldn’t get my side order right as well. I ordered Cole slaw (not for me) and that gave me red beans and rice the first time I ordered and mashed potatoes instead of Cole slaw on my second order. They have one Job and they failed miserably. Don’t eat here if you have any food allergies. They don’t care if they make people sick.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Popeyes in Vienna! The food was absolutely amazing fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the server kept coming by to check if everything was fine, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Overall, great food and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

So I waited 17 mins for my chicken and it came out hot and fresh! I ordered 48 pc mixed chicken spicy for my family and I. Sides were mashed potatoes and biscuits, always got to order the whole Jalapeño as well! Took it back to the crib and it was fantastic. The staff was amazing too. Will be back if I need a fried chicken fix.

I ordered online directly with the Vienna store at 0733 pm on Dec 31, 2025. My son went to pick up with a snapshot of the order confirmation but he was told that the order had already been picked up. Puzzled, I then went to the store and was told the same thing even after I showed proof of the purchase on my credit card app and the actual webpage with my order info. The manager named Nitish repeated that someone else had picked the order up by showing him a confirmation order. While someone could have hacked my phone as Nitish stated, I doubt anyone who had access to my phone would use their access to try to benefit by picking up <$15 order. I was also not trying to scam the store as Nitish implied. I left the store after being frustrated with the lack of customer service. Just awful.

Came to this Popeyes for a simple order, the cashier was nice, however the manager « Fernando » was super mean and unfriendly. My order that’s was supposed to be only few minutes unfortunately took a while. When asking questions, the manager said with a mean face If you don’t want to wait you can leave. I just drove 25mn to come here the issue you have with beeing behind on orders wasn’t my fault. Talking to me this way was sure unprofessional and unacceptable. When I said I don’t I appreciate it and will write this review, He said He doesn’t care I can do whatever I want. If this is the type of costumer servir Popeyes giving, this is inacceptable. Do not come here

We have tried the food from this location a few times now as we live in the neighborhood. Each time has been a fail.
This last experience:
We have a family of four so maybe that’s a large order for them? When I ordered, there was one person in front of me. After I ordered, at least 5 people came in behind me and they prepared their orders before mine. It was much too long of a wait for fast food, especially in an unfriendly environment.
The main reason I am writing this review is because I asked for a plain sandwich for my son, they ended up slopping mayo on it which he of course wouldn’t eat. I didn’t see this until I got home because once we finally recieved our food I just wanted to get the hell out of there.
Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be returning✌

On December 2nd at 11:50 pm I went to buy something and upon entering I saw an employee of Indian appearance wearing a green shirt sitting on the counter. When he took my order for a Freddy Fazbear Box, I waited 2 minutes and then calmly asked him if they had wings ready because I planned to order something else. The employee rudely replied that my order was being prepared and told me to relax. It had nothing to do with my question and, on top of that, the man got annoyed. If they don’t like their job, they should look somewhere else.

i always had great experience with Popeyes and this branch as well. But today, I was so disappointed, I redeemed 600 points on my Popeyes app (I have bunch of points as I am a long term customer)for a spicy chicken sandwich and this is what I got, see the picture(I only had one bite of the bread). A small and thin piece of chicken meat , I think it’s only half size of what I used to get for the sandwich. If it’s only because I redeemed it from the app, then please cancel the reward program at all.

Total Rip Off….NEVER Order from this location…..Their online order delivered by DoorDash and you cannot complain or call anywhere…There is a humanless chatbot… Your meal is ruined and you are just screwed. This location is NOTOROUS for NOT delivering exact order. Just DONT Order from here…Even go ahead and reverse the CreditCard payment….They need to be taught a lesson..
