Pulled up to the window was asked if I could wait a few extra minutes as they were dealing with an issue. I politely said of course and waited approx 8 minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a few other items and proceeded to the window to pay. I asked for a honey mustard sauce. She refused to give me one and said because my chicken was a sandwich and not nuggets I would have to pay for one. I’m sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous and has never happened to me at any other Wendy’s. And when I questioned her about is she became extremely rude and forceful when handing me my food. I will NEVER go there again and find it ridiculous that i was refused a sauce packet because my chicken was a sandwich and not nuggets. DO BETTER WENDYS

I ordered a happy meal and 2 biggie bag meals from there, one with a burger one a chicken sandwich. We didn’t open the bag until we got home and realized that our nuggets were missing (the 2 nuggets that come with the biggie bags) but our daughter (happy meal) had hers. So we went back, and when we tried to explain this to the hostess, she told us that she did give them to us, that we were trying to get free nuggets and people do it all the time, she was very condescending and nasty, and then dismissive as she closed the window mid sentence on my end.

I bought 2 spicy chicken sandwich today from Wendy’s and the chicken inside is RAW. Something has to be done about this soon. I NEED IMMEDIATE REFUND and any other compensation. I’ll be sending this to every Wendy’s corporate email.
Update: I went back and got my refund. It’s not any of the employees fault. It’s Wendy’s that needs to change. Employees were nice about it. I’m keeping this review for everyone to see. I will not recommend going to this or any other Wendy’s location.

⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointed
I stopped by Wendy’s recently and had a really bad experience. The restaurant was dirty — tables hadn’t been wiped down, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while, and the drink station was sticky and messy. On top of that, my food came out cold, like it had been sitting there for a while. I usually enjoy Wendy’s, but this visit was honestly disappointing. I hope management cleans things up and makes sure the food is served fresh and hot next time.

Upsetting. Customer service was terrible and just RUDE. I tried to pay to full price for a 10 piece plus to add on a toy. And the “supervisor, manager” wouldn’t even let me pay extra for a toy. Depends on who’s working at the time, they will definitely give a toy, been going to this new Wendy’s since they open. That “manager” that has been there for the last two years clearly doesn’t have kids. To satisfy my child’s needs that I was willing to pay extra for like I do any other time at this Wendy’s location. NEVER ever heard her voice either before. She clearly don’t be at work.

Wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal at 8:15 in the morning and the doors are still closed. Looks like they don’t open till 9:00 in the morning. So I decided to go to McDonald’s and give them my business so I can sit down and enjoy the meal and use the bathroom and wash my hands. This was not good service in my opinion. More like inconvenience.

I ordered the Parmesan chicken Caesar salad. It was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was all brown and wilted, and the chicken that was in there was old as hell and brown. The fact that they even allowed the salad to go out is ridiculous and so unprofessional, nobody would’ve ate the salad so my poor Grandma had to go back and return it to get her $$ back. By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. And considering this is a newer location it makes no sense. Something needs to be changed because as I look at all these other bad reviews, there’s gotta be a common denominator here. Do better Wendy’s because other locations have no problems like this.

I ordered something on the mobile app and the manager that was working that day closed the restaurant early. She was helping someone in front of me and all I wanted to know was how can I get a refund. After she helped the customer in front of me, she closed the window in my face and walked off. That was very rude and I will never recommend no one to eat there with a service like that. I have been there a few times and the service is very slow. I would rather eat at the Burger King up the street from there.
