This particular Arby’s was having issues, but man, when we went yesterday it was GREAT!!! The lady that took our order was kind and confident in her job! We got our food quickly and it was all correct! Everyone that greeted us was kind and on point! We will go back!

The new general manager Ryan, is absolutely RUDE and DISGUSTING. I heard him over saying to his coworkers not to drop fresh fries and to just dip them back in the oil. I overheard conversations about a rat in the building which is absolutely ridiculous. My food was cold and was not worth the 14 minute wait at all, it’s like they forgot all about me. 100% unprofessional and I seen multiple people on their phone. When Tonia was still there, everything was stocked, and my food was out in a timely manner. This is just wrong & disrespectful.

The place looked good and the gyros were great. Ryan helped me get the app reward when I was having trouble redeeming it through the app. The other faces I saw were just as helpful and/or friendly. Seemed like good people there. I was stuffed after 2 for $7 gyros. Rare to feel full on $7 worth of fast food these days. Oh, I did eat half a medium curly fry too though (app reward). I will be going back for sure.

Their new general manager was who served me, really helpful and cool. The place was clean. The food was good, pretty much what you expect from an Arby’s. They had their sandwich workstation really clean, it has a viewing window for the voyeuristic sandwich lovers out there I guess but I appreciated seeing everything tidy. Rang the bell. Would recommend for a quick bite.

I want to give a special shout out to a young lady who attended the drive-through by the name of Daijah. Very nice and friendly, and it was a pleasure given my horrible experience at Popeyes 2 doors down. This young lady went above and beyond and was very sweet and kind thank you.

Total wait time in drive through line was 6:23 from pull up to the end of the line to the pull away from the order window, Sunday afternoon about 2:15pm. 5 people (including me) in line (2 at the window and 2 in front of me). Ordered about $40 in food. Person taking order confirmed the order, we realized it was wrong, he quickly corrected it. Gave us the total. We pulled to window after others had left, Ari was at the window. We were greeted with a simple “Hi” and a smile. Confirmed our order again, and this time was correct. He had a little issue taking cash as we gave him enough change to break $100 into 3 $20s. Gave us our order in 3 large bags, all items were correct and hot and present. We even got fries and they were fresh and hot as well. We tried the loaded curly fries as well (pictured). Bacon was a little under cooked but still good. Half pound sandwiches were good (pictured) and what you’d expect from Arby’s. Only gripe I had is we did not receive napkins or sauces, but we did not ask for any sauces. Other places usually ask if we want some. I simply forgot to ask so i’ll write that one off for myself. Good quick service and friendly people. Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I wouldn’t call this time very busy at all, but it was def moving well and consistent.

I haven’t eaten in an Arby’s in forever. After a morning of shopping I was hungry and decided today was the day. I was greeted as soon as I walked in….love that! I ordered a ham and cheese and curly fries with a drink. My order came out so fast, piping hot and fresh! While I was eating, and employee wiping tables asked me if everything tasted ok and could he get me anything? Love that! Way to go Arby’s! I’ll be back!
