Hair was found in my sandwich and I asked for a sandwich without onions and they gave it to me with lots of onions, almost like they were trying to put extra. But the music was kinda a vibe, whoever’s on aux good job but other than that not a good experience.

I haven’t been to this Panera in 2+ years because of a reoccurring issue with hair in my food. Drove by and decided to try again since it’s been a long time. Ordered two Caesar salads and of course, there is a hair in the salad. I drive back to Panera, and go inside where I see multiple employees with hair down to their waists and no hairnets while handling food. I ask for a refund, and assistant manager Elizabeth was not at all apologetic, said hair nets are not required for people handling food, and was incredibly nasty when all I asked for was a refund. Never go to this Panera, I have gotten hair in my food for 3 years straight now. Panera has gone so downhill.

Great experience every time I visit. Location does get very busy at times so if you’re in a rush, order ahead. Staff is always friendly and every time I dine in they are always trying their best to keep the dine area clean.

truthfully its the best Panera I’ve been to and I’ve been coming here a while. coffee is always hot! not warm , there are Paneras that the coffee is cold lol. Employee and managers are so friendly it’s a great calm energy environment. I’ve never felt out of place.

Coffee Tastes Like the same grinds have been used for couple times. This isn’t first time picking up a coffee here. Does this location use a different type of coffee grinds or beans? Coffee is watered down. I never had a good cup of coffee at this location in last five years as compared to other location where coffee has flavor and better. Natalia one of the general mangers gets five stars for being so sweet due to a delivery order that was messed up she refunded me and gave me a whole new order for free . With that being said I went today to get my free order not sure who the other general manager she has black hair female very rude from the start working 1/30/2024 shift 2:49 pm . The replacement order of my chicken sandwich had no chicken in it she didn’t even apologize blamed me saying I order it without chicken my other order I placed separate same thing no chicken both receipts state chicken in my sandwiches she was not carrying nor apologized for the mistake they made. She blamed me told me I had to check my sandwich , you got to be kidding me !!! She didn’t bother to fix my sandwiches or to refund me for the inconvenience, people like this should find another job since they hate their job and customers so much ! Due to this they lost me as a customer and I won’t be returning to this Panera because of this manager . Natalia I thank you and hope you can replace your other manager so you won’t loose more customers in the future .

They are always running out of coffee and you need to ask them to brew and wait 15 mins for one cup of coffee. The dark roast is usually lighter than light roast.

A man sat next to me.. the issue was not his homelessness but the fact that his body was covered in piss and poop stains.. and the smell was the combination of those two that had been fermenting for more than a few days. So I was nauseated and asked the manager if they could ask the guy to leave. Manager responded multiple times that “he wasn’t doing anything” even though it was obvious his level of uncleanliness. Case in point I’m in the process of escalating this to corporate and have filed a complaint with the state around health concerns. I don’t blame the guy for possibly dealing with mental illness or being homeless but we as a society should help to rehab these folks if they are able to afford a sip club membership but choose not to buy a $10 per month gym membership. By the way I wanted to throw up and the persistent tingle in my throat so I left.
