I normally like the service and food at this location, but this last pickup order I received was lacking. The biscuits were completely raw in the middle, which I could easily tell when I opened the box. Luckily I was able to cook them a full 5 minutes in the air fryer and they were edible (but still not that great).

I visited this restaurant on 10/11/25. My sisters and brother-in-law were picking up dinner here and I decided to tag along and order my own food.
Entering the lobby, we were not greeted. We weren’t too worried about it, we needed time to look at the menu anyway, but it was odd that we weren’t acknowledged because they didn’t seem slammed. Maybe 2 cars in the drive-thru and just us in the lobby. After several minutes, an employee came to the counter and took my brother-in-law’s order. Once he paid, I walked up to the counter to place my order. The employee headed back towards the kitchen. No big deal. Maybe he went back to give the other 3 employees a heads up (my brother-in-law ordered a family meal for him and my sisters)?
I stood at the counter, hoping one of the four total employees saw me waiting. The employee that took the first order came back with the food and placed it on the counter. I tried to get his attention, but he walked back to the kitchen. I continue standing there. Then I decided that maybe it was faster to download the app and place my order on it. Did just that and then stepped away from the counter. Another employee (who had glanced at me a few times while I was at the counter) approached me and asked if I needed help. I politely told her that I was just waiting for my food now, that I had just downloaded the app and placed my order. The look on her face showed me that she knew the crew messed up.
Now the food… I get home and dig in and I was very disappointed. My fries were SALTY, honestly looked like I ordered salt and they sprinkled fries in it. The chicken was not even fresh, you could tell it was sitting out for some time.

I went here for a quick lunch the menu said the strips lunch was 6.99 when I got tobthe window a very nice young lady told me my price was 12.49. I told her what the menu price was and some older guy started rant about that it was wrong that someone must have changed it or that was the price of the chicken pot pie which wasn’t anywhere close to that selection. I paid the price he ranting that he will jave it fixed. A week later the price is still 6.99 on the menu. Go down to zaxbys. Way better quality chicken. I felt sorry for the nice young lady that had to work with him.

I loved the food. It was great. I love that they have Pepsi here. Good vibes inside when you sit down. The staff looked tired but they were very helpful and nice. Everything was fresh and hot. Yummy! 10/10

Kid at the front was nice , but got some of my food wrong and wasn’t greeted until I got there attention with nobody in the restaurant dining. What bothered me the most is he told me it would be a 7 minute wait for the biscuits, got home and biscuits were raw.

I had the most frustrating experience. We had just left the hospital and wanted something quick for the more than hour drive home so I placed my order on the app since KFC was directly across the street from our location and the app indicated 5-15 minute wait. We went inside to sit and wait since we had just placed the order. I stood at the front counter to request the cup for the drink that I ordered and the young lady handed me a cup and walked away without a word. That’s fine. I don’t need the niceties but it was certainly a foreshadowing of the service (or lack therof) we were getting ready to experience while we waited for our 8 piece tenders order with sides. While waiting I decided to use the restroom before the drive home. I immediately noticed there was no toilet paper so instead proceeded back to the empty lobby. It sounded like they were having a pretty good time in the back so I just took a seat. After 15 minutes, a young woman and her two children walk in and immediately she’s behind the counter and on the phone, and they’re getting her children food to eat. I walk up to the counter again, greet her, and tell her the ladies room is out of toilet paper. She said, “Thank you ma’am” and walked away (I assumed to refill the dispenser in the restroom—but no). Her children’s meals were served and we continued to wait. Although there is not a time listed in the app to let you know how long ago you submitted your order, I paid from my phone and immediately received an alert from my payment provider and it showed the time I placed the order and payment was submitted. There was only one order that came up in the pick up bin and I went to find it wasn’t mine. Since it was already past the 15 minutes and there were no other customers, I lingered for a moment until one of the employees said mine wasn’t ready and that they were “waiting on mac”. I smiled, said thank you and went back to a table to wait. More time goes by and finally the app lets me know my order is ready though it’s not in the pick up bin. So I again walk up, the manager (still on the phone) looks at me without saying anything, but it was the “what do you need look” so I proceeded to tell her the app indicated my order was ready. She looked in the bin and said it’s not here and asked my name and said it wasn’t ready and “sometimes the app just does that”. I told her we had been waiting almost 30 minutes and that’s when I was again told they were waiting on mac. Finally advising it would be about 7 more minutes and then the manager walked away again. A young man asked if we wanted a different side instead but we were invested now and another few minutes at that point wasn’t going to matter. I told him we would wait and I needed to use the restroom but there was no toilet paper, to which they supplied me with a roll over the front counter to take with me to the bathroom. I come back out, her children are now ordering dessert, arguing with an employee that they have to ask their mom that he can’t just make it without her saying it’s okay so that went on for a minute or so. Finally, after more than 33 minutes, our order is ready and the young man hands it to me, apologizes and tells me the Mac is really hot so be careful. I smile and thank him and we head on our way. We get in the car, confirm our order is in the bag and get on the road. We each grab a tender just to find they had probably been bagged immediately and sat for the 30 minutes while the Mac cooked; just cold and tough. The Mac was definitely hot but that is when we realized we had not been provided any napkins or utensils in the bag. I could’ve turned around and drove the less than 5 minutes back but felt pretty confident I wasn’t going to find the service was going to be any better and I wasn’t about to wait for fresh chicken tenders. Work on improvements because it certainly couldn’t get much worse based on some of the other reviews I’ve since read. Absolutely a disappointment and $28 loss — not small change these days so not a lot to ask for fresh food and a bit of common courtesy.

I ordered the meal and I didn’t get any coleslaw. The girl told me she put honey butter in the bag for my biscuit. I have no biscuit either

Wait for lobby is RIDICULOUS . I understand your window is everything but when you have two employees plus a cook but focuses more on drive thru. When you have someone in lobby you giving should shift from helping drive thru to helping your lobby take your orders then prepare them. Love was clean. From what I could see everyone was washing hands and wearing gloves I just wish they treated lobby with the same respect as drive thru.
What I ordered…
2pc original w waffle (subtituted with fries since they discontinued the waffle), chicken sandwich and wedges. Food was fresh and juicy.

I have had issues with this place prior. Last time
they forgot half my order and now a bug was in my drink and not until I was about to dig into the food I saw another one in my fried pickles. This is gross. Like gross. I tossed the whole thing out. Do better. The bug was in my cup next to my straw.

hate to be that guy because I also used to work in food, but the quality here wasn’t great. I swung through the drive thru for a late lunch and the drive thru employee was taking a phone call on her personal phone while at the window. I tried to ask if there was a fork for the Mac n cheese and she told me yes and waved me off–lo n behold, there wasn’t one, meaning I can’t eat, and the sauce I paid extra for also wasn’t in the bag. the fries were also hard and stale. probably won’t go to this location again.
