This is a gem of authentic Vietnamese food in a non-descript shopping mall. We ordered the rare beef pho, crispy crepes and Betel Leaf Rolls. All three dishes were freshly made and delicious. The Metal Leaf Rolls were crispy, sweet and has a complex taste profile. The soup base in the pho has the good balance of saltiness and sweetness.
By the way, as an added bonus, the bathroom was nice and clean.

Decided to come in and try this place for the first time. The Pho was good but I’ve had so much better in other locations! The brisket was paper thin and too chewy for my taste and did not have much flavor. The broth had a sweet taste to it which I was not to crazy about I had to add hot sauce. I was also turned off by the chili oil container, it had mold in the container as seen in the photo, first impression is everything and this just showed me they are not very clean!

PhoLy is fantastic! The pho is rich, flavorful, and comforting — one of the best bowls around. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and everything is served hot and delicious. On a road trip, it’s such a treat to find authentic non-chain food that’s both nourishing and delicious..not just the usual fried fare. The food was super tasty—our whole family loved the pho, rice, and chicken dishes. Super friendly service too. Totally hit the spot!

I always leave very happy after dining here! The best pho around! I ordered the brisket and it was so tender and all the Ingredients are so fresh! Shrimp spring rolls are also a must!

It was the first time I ordered at this place. In I loved the food. I ordered a pickup and the portion of the meals are pretty good and the price is fair. The pho was big enough for two people compared to other places that I have been before. You can see the pic of my bowl with the half portion.
The flavor was amazing as well.

Great place for pho. I always get vegan pho and fresh sting rolls, both are very comforting! We also east rice crepes with crispy tofu, it is very delicious and different! Veg fried rice is also good, comes with crispy tofu pieces!

I liked the cleanliness, the professional staff, service and quiet atmosphere. The broth is flavorful yet not too overbearing, condiments are light but it’s a good thing because keeps soup honest. Fried rice was OK, I should have got an egg and shrimp to kick it up a notch. Thank you FhoLy for the meal at a great price.
