me and my family always go to this Starbucks almost every other day because it’s just what’s more convenient for us but today I went and I found something nasty in my drink. I’m very disappointed and disgusted. Although their customer service was great we even tipped them but this just disappointed me.

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee on the way to an appointment. The people are friendly, the store is clean (I used the bathroom and it was spotless) and I got my coffee quick. However, I ordered a decaf Americano and it was lukewarm at best… Possibly putting tap water into it from a pitcher. Tasted good in spite of it’s unexpected temperature.

Definitely the worst location in this particular area. They’re slow as all hell, employees have been rude to me on more than a couple occasions. Drinks are hit or miss here, you just never know. Sucks bc I love the other locations in this area but this one ALWAYS somehow misses on one area or another

I will not be held hostage by your asanine rules. See if I ever spend another dollar here lol. I have a Starbucks account and frequent Starbucks. But not this one anymore.

Coffee was great and staff was super nice and friendly. Needed to do some remote work here and I’m in shock how a multi-billion dollar company can’t afford to put in some decent furniture. Only wood chairs and tables which of course destroyed my back.

Good location near highway. Bright and clean, but not very inviting to sit and have your coffee. Food and coffee was good. All tables and chairs are light wood, there are no upholstered chairs or seating areas and with the entire store being hard surfaces, it is very loud. I went and sat in my car instead.

I asked for light ice which I’m pretty sure they charge you for and ended up with the cup being all ice! And no ever contacts you back to make things right and I spend so much money at Starbucks. Maybe time to switch to anywhere else! Lol
