Wow just stopped by here with a friend. Stopped going to BK anywhere years ago due to cold food and I was impressed! Food took a minute but worth the short wait as it was hot and fresh and delicious. Most importantly the attendant was so welcoming!! She was articulate and so professional and hard working. She alone made me want to go back! Good job BK. Hire more people like her and give her a raise. I am tired of surly people in drive throughs. I will make a point to go back here again.

Ordered a medium fry and cup was not filled and fries were not hot. Top it off they always want you to back up cause they drive thru time is horeible. Yall need to get yall shiz together its bad for business and I will be taking my money to the McDonald’s across from yall. Today I went in ordered a number 3 and the lady(white lady) took it upon herself to ring me up what she wanted. Well instead of doing the difference she made me pay full price for what I actually wanted. Down the line I’m eating and it’s hot as hell in this building so the drink I purchased wasn’t getting the job done in this heat so a lady (black lady)who came in from swinging a pulled up order, can I please get a cup of water because no one was at the front and she told me to ask another lady and she went to sit down and get on her phone, so I had to wait til the other lady came back from whatever she was doing just to get water

I went last night to try the SpongeBob meal. It was terrible food was cold at hand hand off on top of that instead of charging me 10.99 for the meal the lady rung everyone thing up separately because they were out of the pie. Making my total almost $18. I couldn’t even bite into the burger it was so hard and cold. The service was crazy I sat in an empty drive thru for 10 minutes for cold and disgusting food, I have been calling the location all morning to speak with the manager with no success.

I haven’t been to a Burger King in years, at least 10. Decided to stop in to eat lunch, big mistake.
The food was like it’s always been. The service was lacking, I mean really lacking. We waited 15 minutes for our meals, we were the only two inside the restaurant. The soda dispenser did not work, so I had to wait again to get any kind of refill. I realize the workers don’t make much, but hey, you’re at work make the best of it. I suppose it will be years before I go to another BK. But hey I did enjoy it so maybe next week I’ll give another BK a chance to impress.

Today I spent a little over six dollars on what I assumed would be a classic chicken sandwich served the way it comes originally, lettuce and mayo. What I received was a stone cold dry and plain chicken and bread sandwich. When I brought it back to the window and explained I would like it with lettuce and mayo and one that’s not cold please, they acted like it was my fault for not telling them to put lettuce and mayo on it and smirked after returning with another cold sandwich that was probably dropped on the floor. I left it at the window. Don’t bother going here.
