We stumbled upon this place ori our coastal drive towards Alabama. Awesome find! Owner Victor and waitress Stormie made us feel extremely welcome. New Year’s special were the pork chops, which we added to the massive sampler with four sides and great sauces. Nice beers to complement the food. Although sumptuous and delicious, we did not feel stuffed which is a testament of the great quality of the food. Pecan pie for dessert which was great as well… finished too fast so no picture. Lastly, the place itself is beachy, authentic and the staff once again a HUGE part of the experience. 10/10.

We stopped by Fatdaddy’s BBQ for lunch and the food was very good. My wife got the baked potato with pulled pork. It was a huge potato with cheese, bacon, green onions, and the pulled pork. It came with butter and sour cream. She really enjoyed it. I got the beef brisket sandwich with fries and fried okra. Brisket was really tender and the sauce came on the side. Sauce was sweet with a little bit of spice. The fries and okra were both good.

Great food. Fantastic service. The pulled pork sandwich is huge! Seriously, share this one or be prepared to take it home. Its delish! Fried shrimp plate fantastic and way too much food. Ribs were the best she’s had in a long time. Catfish was tender and very good. Y’all come!

Many times repeat customer here. Never had a bad meal. We stay in the RV Park next door every March. We are only 5 days in, and already have ordered from there 4 times. That should tell you how we love the food. Portion size and service is good, too.

The food and service were excellent. I ordered a loaded baked potato , however they were out. The pulled pork sandwich was very good. The meat was tender, lightly seasoned, and not greasy. My husband ordered the 1/4 lb burger. He was very pleased as well. My hush puppies were tasty as well. We ate our meal with a beautiful view of the bay.

Smoked Chicken Wings were amazing. Brisket was succulent, and ribs were cooked to perfection. Sides were also very good. Lots of beverage choices and prices were not out of line. Ben, our server, was a gem. Attentive, knowledgeable and authentically enthusiastic without being cloying. So good we are already planning our next visit.

In 30 years, I’ve never had better pulled pork than I had today! Everything had its own flavor, nothing (not even the fried food) tasted alike. Prices are super low for the quality of food we just ate. No to go boxes for us! Definitely coming back next time we are in eastpoint.

Our second trip to Fatdaddy’s was equally as good as our first. Delicious ribs with a great crust and juicy meat, and both the sweet and spicy and Alabama white bbq sauces we sampled were delicious. The ribeye was not fancy but well-cooked and freshly prepared rather than the over-marinated steaks you get at many places. Try the Alabama white sauce with the steak! Amazing! The pork cracklings we had for as an appetizer were fresh and well seasoned.
Our server, Shelby, was stretched a bit thin since they were very busy for a mid-afternoon Monday, but kept a smile on her face and was a pleasure to be served by.

Charlotte was excellent. Smoked wings the best ever, no sauce needed although the sweet and spicy sauce very nice with not too much spice. Blue cheese dressing, burger, prime rib all excellent. Good choice of beer. Good singer tonight. The owner came over to say hi which is always appreciated. The prime rib was a little fatty but excellent taste and prepared well. Burger was made as ordered… medium. Overall great experience!!
