First time at Nate’s Chop & would definitely come back! We started off with the french onion soup and a caesar, the presentation of the soup was a pleasant surprise. My filet was cooked precisely to my liking! And the red wine demi really made for the perfect bite.
Additional standouts were the espresso martini & creme brûlée, 12/10!!! Service was wonderful, attentive, and our food was timed great. Will recommend this place for anyone visiting Canonsburg/Washington County!

Tonight was our first time enjoying a meal at Nate’s chop house. Had reservations for 2, my wife and I loved every minute. Delicious food and cocktails. Such great friendly service. Date night success definitely our new go to restaurant whenever we get a night out together!

First time coming to Philly and this was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in America. Service was excellent, food was some of the best I’ve had, and located in walking distance to the hotels nearby! I highly recommend the scallops if you can handle seafood as the sauce was divine. Would come back when I visit the area again!

Food was worth the price, although really not a fan of Ala carte pricing. Enjoyed the wedge salad, especially the onion strings. Steak was tender and tasty. Mashed potatoes were good, although somewhat runny. Delicious dessert options. We were in one of the private dining rooms, noisy for conversation.

We had the best meal here. We all different entrees and they were all excellent! The crab cakes were delicious. My filet was perfect and tender. Just the right seasoning! It’s nice to have a classy steakhouse in the area! Definitely going to be a regular place for us!

Made reservations for my wife and I for valentine’s day. Arrived on time and was immediately sat. We had placed an order with our “waiter” Mike P, muscles, 2 wayu strip steaks, scalloped potatoes, and asparagus. Along with drinks from the bar. We were having a nice conversation about 20 mins into our experience expecting our muscles to arrive shortly when the food runner showed up with our entire meal. It caught us off guard and we informed the runner that we haven’t even received our app yet but we’ll take them. Soon after the waiter showed up to let us know “he forgot about the app, and it will be on him tonight”. No worries we understand things happen and figured no big deal. From that point on our experence was absolutely terrible. Mike P did not once come and check on the food and my wife sat almost the entire meal with an empty water and mixed drink glass. Not once did Mike P show up to even request if we could get a refill. We were pretty frustrated at this point and towards the end of our meal the waiter showed up with the appetizer and at this point we were full and suggested that he give it to another table as we didn’t want to waste it. He did and came back to clear my plate and shortly after my wife’s. My wife informed Mike P that we would be having dessert and would like to see the menu. We had a few moments to decide when Mike came back and asked what my wife was having after she gave him her order immediately walked away to the point I had to say excuse me several times to get him to return to the table to place my order. Every waiter around us was polite and very accommodating to their tables but ours was far from that. To walk into a restaurant prepared to spend 200+ on a meal you expect a certain level of professionalism and service. The front of the house needs to have a serious conversation with Mike P and determine if he really should be encountering guests and determining the outcome of their experience.

Let me tell you, folks, Nate’s Chop House is absolutely incredible, believe me. I had the Filet Mignon with crab legs—cooked to absolute perfection, a perfect medium-rare, just the way it should be. The filet? So tender, melts in your mouth. And the crab legs? Tremendous, absolutely tremendous! The calamari appetizer was probably the best I’ve ever had. You won’t find better calamari, not even close. And the pumpkin cheesecake dessert? WOW! It was so good, so rich, maybe the best pumpkin cheesecake ever made. The service and atmosphere were first-class all the way. Nate’s is a place you must visit. Five stars, folks, because it’s truly the best!

Wow what an amazing experience we had tonight at Nate’s Chophouse! First of all the atmosphere is gorgeous and very classy. Our waiter Vincent was really nice and super friendly! We started drinks (fizzy gin and tropical paradise which were fabulous) and also with the calamari appetizer and it was great, the spicy aioli was so good! I had the Chilean Sea Bass, and my partner got the King Salmon. We were so impressed with how it was prepared, the fish melted in your mouth. The asparagus and creamed pea sides were also very good. We told them on our reservation we were celebrating our 6 year anniversary, and had a fantastic crème brûlée complimentary! It was all so wonderful and worth every penny spent! So happy to have this fine dining restaurant so close to home and in Southpointe, can’t wait to come back and try even more on the menu!

I had been pondering coming to this steakhouse for a while now and finally pulled the trigger last night. Let me start by saying the atmosphere and vibes were very good at this location. The place seemed well kept and clean for the most part.
Our server, Will, was a total professional and would highly recommend asking to be seated with him if possible. Service was 5 stars and that’s something VERY important to me.
Food was great quality, steak, wagyu meatballs, asparagus, and potato’s were all up to par and hit the spot! The only reason I didn’t give the food 5 stars is because it’s very similar to most steak restaurants and they didn’t have anything that really wowed me. With that being said, the food was still excellent.
The bartender also whipped up a nice pineapple cocktail. Wine selection seemed great too and would recommend the belle glos.
