I am a fan of Zaxbys, I patronize a location at my house in Bossier City La frequently. I have always had nothing but accolades for that location, so I was glad when I found this one on my travels. Sadly, it was a big dissapointment! Apon entering there was nobody at the counter, we decided to use the restroom. Mu restroom was dirty, as well as the ladies—plus no paper towels in ladies room AND NO WATER!!
We went back to counter—and waited–and waited. Finally someone came from the back, and asked if we had been helped. He did offer an apology and took our order.
Our meal arrived quickly—and fries were barely warm—slightly above room temperature.
Trash cans were very full, and difficult to dispose of our trash.
Apon departure, there was trash, cup holders in parking lot.
We WILL NOT be back to this location!!
I know this experience is not typical of Zaxbys, and I look forward to patronizing the one by my house in South Bossier.

We were the only diners there at 5:30. Wondered why. The food was ok. I like the menu options. Came out pretty quickly. Despite the staff having plenty of time. The restaurant was dirty. Zaxby’s was my work home for over 6 years.
It’s rare that I eat there because of that. But I was craving it so I decided to try it out.
THIS was a total waste of money. $17 for this. Almost $20 for browning lettuce, 4 pieces of tomatoes, a MINI funnel cake, dry looking chicken breast. What happened?!?! This is not the Zaxby’s I remember.
Not to mention their menu has decreased tremendously and they took off all the great things! I’m not sure if it’s because this location is in competition with Cane’s but this was a huge disappointment. I could’ve went to a full service restaurant and spent the same amount for a much better experience. At least the peach tea was good.
I must’ve left this restaurant brand right on time.

Had a taste for zaxby’s and stopped at this particular location. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. The fries we received were old mixed with new and the chicken tenders were well past thier hold time. They were dry and cold. Stop and eat with this chain all the time, never had a bad word to say untill today. And based on the wait, I definitely didn’t expect to receive what I got. Still a fan of the chain but this location is not one I’d visit again. The manager did reach out and offer to remake the order; however, we were 30 minutes away from the location by that time.

Made a mobile order. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told that I had to go inside. I hurt my back and have been going to physical therapy for 6 weeks so I did not want to get down anywhere. The workers at this place always have the worst attitudes. Its always so drak inside also.

I like Zaxbys there what and what with Canes nowadays. Like Zaxbys fries way better as well as their Texas Toast. Gonzales location had quick, friendly service and the food was hot and delicious. Good option on Hwy. 30 for a quick lunch or dinner.

Staff was very friendly, food tasted great fries were a little thick for me but still good. It’s was unbelievably clean. I can’t speak for all zaxby’s but this one is great.

This was our first stop at a Zaxby’s. The service was quick, pleasant, and he helped us through the choices some. The food come out quick, was very good in all respects with good portions, and abundant sauce. Only knock was they were out of a couple beverage choices on their soda fountain, but overall found it a great place.
