I am reviewing my experience at lunch time on a Thursday in October.
Friendly staff that was quick to recieve me.
I opted for the Big D Burger… so glad I did! Freshly made patties, fresh ingredients and nice roll. The big d special sauce is reminiscent of the BBQ used on the mcrib!!! If you want to taste what a fresh burger from 5 guys on a long roll with mcrib sauce tastes like… come here!
The fries I got at crispy with a faint flavor of whichever oil they use (not my favorite) nonetheless- well done and salted nicely.
The one recommendation i have for the owners is to replace the table tops in the dining room. The material is wearing off to come really gross rough texture that seems to be expelling some particles.

Old school, great food!
We got the Big D Burger, crinkle fries & chocolate shake. Everything was excellent. All the staff are really nice too!

Pretty good old school burger place. I came in because I’m a sucker for onion rings and the onion ring burger was solid. The Oreo shake wa a pretty good too.

Great napa locals restaurant. It’s not far from downtown but is a little hidden. You can get anything from a great burger to fish and chips. There is a “specials menu” located inside and I happened to try the Chori-Queso burger which was featured during my visit. This needs to be an item on their menu! The burger itself has a beef patty and a chorizo patty with guacamole, cheese and jalapenos. Not spicy at all, the perfect combination. I highly recommend the twister fries as well.

That was by far the worst pastrami sandwich I have ever had. Didn’t have any meet on it just cheese and moist bred. Looked like they started to make a sandwich then dropped the meat on the floor. I am so pissed off.

Food was mid at best. Overpriced for what you get – Big D was anything but. Staff was not per se rude, but was not helpful and was much more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Honestly felt like they were bothered by our presence…would suggest any other burger place.

Good burgers, Fries and Soda. Go after 4pm and get a cheaper meal. They are usually pretty consistent tasting food but when a dark haired guy with a goatee cooks its 10/10 everytime some other coworker must not out any love in their craft like him!!!

I go here for the fish & chips. It’s one of the few fast food places to get fish & chips. I like their fish. The fish tastes fresh, and the batter coating is crispy and tasty. You get 3 pieces with the order, and a big amount of fries. No coleslaw though. I’m used to coleslaw with fish & chips. The place is an old timey cute mom & pop style fast food joint. They have an extensive menu. Nice staff with good service. One of these days I will try something else here.
