This was my first time at this beautiful place! A friend, Melissa, had invited me to join her family to hear the Randy Altman Band. The place is very spacious with a large dance floor. Everyone was very kind and accommodating, especially the waitresses. The food was delicious.. had an old time pork chop sandwich and fries. It reminded me of my mom’s cooking. Anyway, I can’t say enough about that band. It was my first time hearing them, but they were amazing…some of the best musicians on this side of Heaven, not to mention Randy’s voice and singing—unbelievable. I think I was the only black woman in the place but I stayed on the dance floor and I requested two of my favorite songs: “You are always on my mind, by Willie Nelson and Wagon Wheel.” He sang both songs with perfection! Just a wonderful night and I am telling everyone about my experience. I felt compelled and honored to share my experience. I shall return soon to the Karaoke night! We checked it out on a karaoke night, and the wings were on special. So there was quite a crowd there I would say it’s a rather local place and they tend to pick country songs to sing. Everyone really had pretty decent voices. I don’t like country music but proud of everyone that got up there and sang their hearts out. It was a very nice entertaining evening. The waitresses were working so hard they were so understaffed, but they had smiles on their faces as well so if you like chicken wings and a really great price and enjoy some country karaoke, I would say take the time to go visit there. Get there early enough to get a seat.

We were looking for a local spot with great food, good service, and hopefully some live music we could dance to. As we drove by Big T’s, we saw a lively crowd and thought, “That looks like our kind of place!” — and we were right.
The food was absolutely fantastic, and Misty, our waitress, was wonderful — she answered all our questions and gave perfect recommendations.
The band, Carolina Crush, was playing that night, and they were fantastic! We are following them for the places they play, now. Big T’s even has a dance floor, which made the night even better.
Big T’s Saloon far exceeded ALL our expectations & requirements. We will definitely be back!
