I had the worst experience here.
I stopped by with my daughter and husband on a trip, a young man of whom was racist.
We ordered a drink, but it didn’t come out for more than 20 minutes, and the drinks from customers who came later than us came right away.
It was revolting. Our feelings on this day were the worst because of you. I hope you get it back.

Slowest Starbucks in the world. Mobile ordered a cold brew and when it was 15 minutes late, asked the barista at the register if I could have my order, and he said it’s being made, then watched all the baristas not pour a cup of cold brew. Ended up driving through the drive through so they would make the coffee.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been here. Driving up and was helped by Efron. Asked him what he recommended for a pick me up and let me tell you. The kid knows his stuff very well. This drink has me doing extra work and damn it’s only 9:36 Monday morning and I’m already starting Wednesday’s work and that’s just with a few sips of it! GOOD JOB EFRON!

I get a very unique drink called an undertow, very locations know how to make it. I’d say about 90% of the time even when they know the drink they do not make it well. This location absolutely NAILED IT. They were also very nice, extremely clean, and great to deal with.

The manager on staff was so polite and handled the disrespectful customers with professionalism and kindness. As another coffee professional, dealing with the public can be overwhelming but she handled it BEAUTIFULLY. ON top of that, she was patient with us ordering something new, giving us recommendations, and serving us drinks in glassware. Thank you!

This Starbucks location was outstanding! All of the staff members were very friendly and always smiled. The baristas got my orders right and even fulfilled my request to get half the amount of sugar, which I was very surprised by and grateful for, especially because this was my first time at a Starbucks. They made an excellent first impression and hopefully I’ll come here again soon! Not only this, but I came here to do homework, which was an excellent decision. The seating areas were very comfortable and everything was clean. The music was at the perfect volume level and it was motivating for doing homework. I was somehow able to complete 6 very large assignments with my friend here. Overall, I loved coming to this Starbucks and I hope to visit again soon!
