I have ordered from them 2 times recently. If you order early (11 am) you are gonna get leftovers from the day before. It’s terrible. I will not be ordering from them

I eat here once a month while visiting family in Benton; I have to admit we get the same meal each time. However, those chicken strips with potatoes and gravy are always great! Fast service whether I order online or in person. Polite help and management at the counter. They must be doing something right, this KFC is always busy!

I hope this was an isolated experience; I usually have good service here. I ordered the 40% OFF chicken bucket only to discover – the chicken was burned (never seen before), had very small pieces, and a few were stale (hard). I noticed the last 40% OFF bucket a month ago contained small pieces that seemed like they were a little abused. I hope this location does not become like the Bryant location, I will excommunicate from it if it does. I will give it one more chance, I hope you all do better next time.

I ordered online today to feed my family after church. I ordered the 16 piece meal with 4 sides and a box of chicken tenders.
When we got home we had 8 thighs, 4 wings and 4 legs.
This has always been my go-to chicken restaurant but spending $72.00 for a meal and not getting it right is no good.

Lobby closed at 3pm so went through the drive thru around 5pm. Ordered a large popcorn chicken only. After geting it at the window drove off and stopped at the red light. Looked in the box it came in nothing but FRIED CRUMBS. So I turn around and go back through the drive thru tell them I just came through and ordered a large popcorn chicken and I will need to talk to a manager. I get to the window and tell them if they dont have any popcorn chicken ready I will sit and wait I’m not paying for crumbs. She says oh well we have some ready so she gives me some “new” popcorn chicken and says do these look better and I said yes the ones on top do. So I get home pour them out on a paper towel to see what is in the box. Well looks like they put some good ones on top of the crumbs they gave me the 1st time. Nothing but hard fried crumbs, no chicken in the middle at all!! So I took pictures of it and I will be taking them back again tomorrow its after 6pm now. So don’t waist your time, money or gas going to the KFC in Benton, Arkansas go somewhere else

I always enjoy how kind, polite, and personable the employees are at this location. They take so much pride in this restaurant. I usually go drive through but will go inside on occasion, too. If they know an order may take a couple of extra minutes, they ask if I still want to wait….I hardly ever mind because 1) they respect my time and 2) that just means fresh food!

I had a manager be so rude to me today. Her tone was horrible and I know she will deny this claim. Her entire staff seems tense. It doesn’t take a loud mouth to tell customers any policy. Although I ordered on the app, I never gotten the option to fix it so I immediately asked her if I could just get the gravy on the side. She was so loud the entire store looked our way over something that was only $1, she said you can’t get it that way. You must pay for it but this time I’m going to do it. Well after the conversation escalated. I want to speak to corporate, I’ve never experienced this. I always get gravy on the side with my large potato. My food was definitely hot and fresh. The staff did their part, I wish the manager would be nicer. She sure gave off as if she didn’t like black people. She tossed my bag on the counter and said here u are ma’am. She was so nice to the white customers. Do better because our money spends the same.

Burnett at the drive thru on 10-6-24 rushed the order while taking it and got it all wrong. Sizes were wrong and gave my wife the wrong flavor. Manager wasn’t much help and wanted us to drive back to replace the order. Waste of time, won’t be coming back to here. Taking my business elsewhere.
