First time here. Ordered the $8.99 8-pc wings, along with their $6.99 pizza special. The taste is just okay. It will satisfy your hunger if you need something fast to eat. Obviously, their wings are frozen, then heated up. They did not evenly distribute the sauces on our wings, so we had to toss them ourselves for even distribution once we got home. The pizza was a typical Domino’s taste. Nothing exciting. I ordered the “NY-style.” For $6.99 for 6 slices, it satisfied my hunger. So I really can’t complain because I paid a really good price for my food.
I placed my order online and picked up in-store. The place is clean, orderly, organized, and the staff were working hard to fulfill orders. I love how cute this location is. It’s off to itself in a cute, little, cozy house. Lol.
Yes, I would come here again if I wanted something fast and cheap, taking advantage of their many specials. No line, no wait here. So you really can just grab-and-go.

We placed a delivery order in the afternoon for delivery at 1930. At 1940 a driver arrived and presented us with the incorrect order. Upon learning it was the wrong order, he stated, “They’ll probably figure it out” and then drove off. We proceed to call the store and were placed on hold for 15 minutes. When someone finally answered the phone, we were told it would be an hour+ until they could get the pizzas to us. We then asked if we could be compensated for the inconvenience we were told no. We subsequently cancelled the order and requested a refund. We then filed a report on the app and immediately received a coupon for a free medium pizza.

I usually order from here. The food is usually good. However, raising your minimum delivery to over $16.00 is insane. Then, I tried to call the store directly. No, can’t do that either. Spend 10 minutes with a stupid AI, then finally get to a person…who..is …in..a..CALL CENTER???? You’re service is slipping. I will not be ordering from you again until this changes. I’ll be having Pizza Hut or maybe Late Nite Pizza. You all need to get real. SMH.

Absolute trash location. 3 orders in a row, all 3 orders missing items that were ordered and paid for, no one at the store picks up the phone to correct, and of course still charged for the items. No ability to have the missing items replaced or refunded. All 3 times the driver said “sorry, that’s all they gave me”. It’s the drivers’ job to double check and ensure all items are there. Driver still received a 25% tip every time since they ask for it in advance. And again, no one at the store will pick up the phone to discuss. Called the corporate office and no one there picks up the phone either. You’re asked to send an email or text message. When you do, you receive a reply back that they will send your information to the store for them to reconcile where of course, no one replies or reaches out to apologize or offer a refund. So I drove into the store to talk to someone in person. I was asked for my name and number so they could call the manager, who wasn’t there, so I did and they call the manager who apparently told the shift leader that I should call back in 2 days when someone will be there who can help me. Absolutely abysmal customer service. The store staff, and the corporate office, make it abundantly clear that they do not care about the customer service or ensuring that the customer receives what they’ve paid for. Done with this store and Dominos as a company.
Update on Nov 20 – Decided to give them one more try because my daughter really likes the pizza. Ordered at 11:35PM, store listed as open until 1AM. At 11:45PM I received a message that the order was on the way. At 12:00AM I received a message that it was not on the way but was being prepared. At 12:15AM I received a message that the ordered was delivered, but of course it was not. I called the store and got a “we’re closed” message. Then, around 1:30AM as I’m falling asleep a driver knocks on my door door to deliver the order. I had already ordered food from another store, had it delivered, ate and went to bed at this point. I called the store the next day and the manager did refund the order but made it obvious she could not care less about the error. I told her that almost all of my last orders were wrong or not delivered at all. She actually replied that “well, it looks like you’ve gotten a refund on all of them so…..?” This is the level of customer service this store now offers under the current manager. No service, no apology, not even pretending to care about what they’re doing.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant, and it arrived all upside down, and it felt like the driver took part of my pizza. I highly do not recommend it!

Ordered a small gluten free pizza with ham, black olives, pineapple on half and mushrooms on half, and a medium extra cheese Alfredo sauce hand tossed pizza at 10:03pm. Estimated delivery time was 18-29 minutes. We got our luke warm pizza at 11:19pm. This store is 7 minutes away from us. The gluten free pizza showed up with no cheese!!
It was in “quality check” for over 30 minutes, and being delivered for 30 minutes. Nobody will answer the phone despite calling multiple times or waiting on hold for half an hour. And the delivery guy made me take it out of the delivery bag. Absolutely ridiculous. We will never purchase from this location again.

My pizza was delivered to the wrong address. When I called to let the store know, the manager was so angry and yelled at me for putting in the incorrect address. When I tried to explain what happened, she hung up. I tried the next day in person, and she threatened to call the police and yelled at me to get out of the store. I complied but was able to tape her attitude. Why was a simple mistake by the link default, or my error escalate to the terrible experience I received. I did not get my pizza, and the manager refused me service when I went into the store. This manager needs sensitivity training and should not be face forward working with customers. Her team members witnessed this unacceptable behavior, which apparently is normal according to their reactions. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DOMINO’S PIZZA LOCATION.

Is my second time at this location and will be the last one I ordered a vegetable pizza and I mentioned in the application uncut I got to the store was baking I told them again uncut please, they cut it. I said they are busy they work fast I close my eyes and accept it. When I got home start eating I found bacon in it. I never eat bacon in my life this people make me eat it. Stay away from this location.

Just depends on the cooks tbh. I’ve had good pizza at this location before but when theyre in a rush it shows. Ordered a large hand tossed last night and when I picked it up it looked fine till I got it home and tried to eat it. The bottom is brittle crackers basically. Whoever made it just threw the sauce on and tried to swirl it but when they did they left a ton of dry spots and didnt really care to take the time to fix it. Like a third of the pizza was inedible.

I have been waiting for a delivery order for over an hour. The dominoes tracker says that it has been in “quality check” for over 30 minutes. I have tried calling multiple times to speak to someone about the order like the app says to do and am unable to get anyone to answer the phone. A complete waste of money on a pizza it is looking like I will not be receiving. Do not order from this location unless you just enjoy being hungry because at this point if we do receive the pizza it will be cold from sitting on their counter for well over half an hour.
