My wife got the bread bowl soup. The soup was warm but the bread bowl was refrigerator cold. We let them know and they just said “we don’t warm the bread bowls”.

I ordered the fireside chili. It wasn’t very good.

Overall. Not a pleasant experience.

Workplace lunches are frequent at this location and because I ordered and picked up today, I am posting my official review. The facility was clean and surprisingly not very crowded at 11:40am just before lunch. Panera is doing a great job in promoting their app with rapid pickup which seemed to be the case given the number of orders. Pastries displayed looked fresh and tasty! Service was excellent and friendly. Order was correct and food was good. Reason for the 4 out of 5 stars today was noticing the back of the house and a full trash can with trash on the floor. An employee did stop to pick up the trash shortly after I took my pic, but he did not immediately change his gloves and I had a concern he would be touching food. However, I did not see this employee on the food line and may have been from the dish area. I just suggest being mindful to what the public can see. Today I had a pick 2 and tried the new broccoli cheddar mac n cheese, with my usual Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich. The sandwich was perfect with a great amount of chicken. The broccoli cheddar mac however was very soupy with way too much cheddar cheese sauce. Will probably go back to my regular mac n cheese next time. 4 out of 5 not bad and will definitely continue to get lunch at this location!

You know how sometimes you go into a restaurant not really knowing what to expect? That’s what happened during this visit at this location.
I’ve been to this location before, and nothing has changed as far as the look and environment of the place, but the food and service was excellent during my previous visit.

This visit was completely opposite of my previous patronage.
As soon as you walk into this location, you get a sense that nobody wants to talk to you or see you. Before you even get to the cashier counter, you’re welcomed by tablets mounted on wonky worn out stands where you order food at.
But I get it, sometimes they probably get busy and it’s probably just easier for customers to utilize technology to assure accuracy of what’s being ordered.
So I put in my order using the tablet, but I forgot to order a bottle of water. So I went to the cashier counter and waited about 5 minutes or more for someone to help. The cashier counter was deserted, and there was no one in sight.
So I made my way to the pickup window where you get your food, and came face to face with a manager and two associates.
I’m not sure where they were coming from, but one of the associates was taking off a jacket, so I’m thinking they were coming in from outside. But I don’t know and I don’t want to assume anything.
But you would think that I had just cursed them out because of the resentful and discontented looks on their faces when we came across each other. I forgot about the water because I wasn’t sure what was about to happen.
I just continued to the pickup window and grabbed my order. I realized that my Madagascar vanilla bean coffee drink thing was missing. So I went back to the pickup window, and inquired about it.
One of the associates that was putting orders together looked at me like I was trying to get something for free, and could care less about what I ordered.
So I had to pull up the email copy of the order and show it to her. She explained to me that orders don’t always go through accurately using the tablets.
So she told another kitchen associate that I needed a coffee drink with vanilla. What I got was not what I ordered, but I didn’t want to stir up any more tension than what seemed to be going on. I took the drink anyway, and tried to doctorate with creamer from the coffee bar

When I do these reviews I try my best to not be overly critical of workers and businesses. I also try not to undersell their greatness and services, but if something’s not right, I have to call it out.
This location at this time of visit was full of workers from management to the staff that just didn’t seem to be connected to the quality of other Panera’s that I’ve been to.
So if you’re reading this review, take it as a concern that if you’re in the mood for soup and salad, or a delicious Panera sandwich, that this location may be similar to roulette. You might have a decent experience, or you might not.

It was alright. I walked in no one was at the counter. I waited several minutes before someone showed up to take my order. They were friendly so I figured they were just short staffed. I got my drink. The food comes from a different counter, I didn’t know that. This was my first time at a Panera Bread. It seemed like a fast food kind of thing. The food was good. My experience there was really mixed and a bit confusing. So I gave it three stars, not good, not bad, just kinda something in the middle.

David, the catering manager stepped up when I had a last-minute early morning breakfast. I am so grateful for his willingness to quickly put my breakfast together for pick up. This is the service that brings customers back!

I ordered lunch for my coworker and I and this is how it went…
We order two Pick 2’s, both had a BOWL of broccoli cheese soup. I go to pick up my order and took it back to my office. We go to open the sealed bag, and we are missing a BOWL of soup. I call the restaurant to let them know and they said I could come back and get my BOWL of soul. While aggravated that I had to do this I did because we paid for it and I wanted my BOWL of soup. I get back to the restaurant and received another sealed bag, So what’s inside? A CUP of broccoli soup.
Needless to say, due to the incompetence of the staff at store (address) 4668 Belpar St NW, Canton, OH 44718 I will not be back. There are other Panera locations whose staff are able to do their jobs!

I would recommend this place for young people only. No one is at the counter so you have to use the kiosk to order. Very confusing. You have to do a search for almost everything, including coffee. It’s no wonder there were very few people there at 11:00 Sunday morning. Coffee was good but egg/cheese sandwich and bagel were just OK.

Walked in to seeing a good amount of flies behind the counter. The person who took my order was nice. Then I walked back to pick up our Oder I watched the employee pick up limp bacon from a plastic container sitting on a shelf. Not from a cooler just limp bacon in a plastic container. Flies, bacon on a ledge in a plastic. Container. Then they place my burnt sandwich on the counter. I told the employee I wasn’t going to take it burnt like that and they told me I had to go to the counter. No apology or offer to re-make it. It was clearly burnt. The dining area has multiple tables with lots of food crumbs. The cashier was really nice and refunded for the sandwich. The place just gives me the food spoilage vibe. If it were McDonald’s I’d have a lower bar. It’s not a fancy play but come on. Flies, bacon just sitting out. Gross.

I just spent 25 minutes in their drive thru… my entire lunch break, gone, because there were 3 cars in front of me. I had placed my mobile order before going, a cup of soup, a cup of fruit, and a cookie, and even then I had to wait 7 minutes for someone to even come to the window and just hand me the bag. 25 minutes in a drive thru situation is absolutely insane, and I won’t risk my lunch break again for mediocre food and horrible service.

Staff were super attentive and very apologetic when there was a mix up in the app on what was in stock, and they quickly issued a refund to my account for the items that weren’t available. Great people doing what they can to make the restaurant as welcoming to people as they can.
