This is the 3rd time in 6 months that I have used Panera Catering from this location. The order is usually accurate and I say usually because at times there have been a few substitutions (which is fine). HOWEVER, when I am using them for early meetings and provide myself a leeway of 30 minutes and they are 20 minutes late past the later part of their arrival window which was 7:00 to 7:15, that throws our entire schedule off. We are a business and have to open at a certain time for customers, so our time is limited for before work meetings. When I said something about it being late again, the delivery person informed me that my order was A LOT to get ready THIS EARLY in the morning. I was shocked that the first delivery timeframe was even earlier at 6:30 to 6:45. If this is too early, maybe they should not offer an early timeframe.

Workplace lunches are frequent at this location and because I ordered and picked up today, I am posting my official review. The facility was clean and surprisingly not very crowded at 11:40am just before lunch. Panera is doing a great job in promoting their app with rapid pickup which seemed to be the case given the number of orders. Pastries displayed looked fresh and tasty! Service was excellent and friendly. Order was correct and food was good. Reason for the 4 out of 5 stars today was noticing the back of the house and a full trash can with trash on the floor. An employee did stop to pick up the trash shortly after I took my pic, but he did not immediately change his gloves and I had a concern he would be touching food. However, I did not see this employee on the food line and may have been from the dish area. I just suggest being mindful to what the public can see. Today I had a pick 2 and tried the new broccoli cheddar mac n cheese, with my usual Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich. The sandwich was perfect with a great amount of chicken. The broccoli cheddar mac however was very soupy with way too much cheddar cheese sauce. Will probably go back to my regular mac n cheese next time. 4 out of 5 not bad and will definitely continue to get lunch at this location!

Asked for my cinnamon roll to be heated up for me. Was told by the cashier that it’s a takeout order so I’m on my own it and can heat it up in the microwave. I turn around and there’s a self service microwave?!? I’ve never seen this before. What a complete lack of customer service. Never going back.

Folks were nice enough. Maybe victim’s of anti-consumer management practices. Hopefully just at this location and not coming to all Paneras or that’s gonna be a hard recommend to go elsewhere.

Came in to redeem my sip cup. Waited 5-10 minutes till someone came from back, she turned around and went back into the back. I just ended up having to grab my cup. Terrible service. Management needs to get on them about serving people that are literally standing there at the counter! Just terrible.

Just so you know – if there are geese outside of your store – DON’T THROW BREAD AT THEM IF YOU WANT THEM TO GO AWAY. typically, that will cause them to stay / linger because they think you’ll give them MORE food and bread is actually harmful for geese / ducks / birds to consume. Next time – if you’re an employee there – pass on embarrassing yourself and just don’t. K, thanks
