TL:DR- want a quick bite to eat and some ice cream? Great spot for food and nice service!
This is a good little stop to get a quick lunch in this area, I have been to many DQ’s close to where I live normally and they are nothing. Walked in, greeted instantly. The while store looked well swept and taken care of besides a spot under the sign on counter, but that’s hard to get with a broom anyway.
For the food I was impressed. This might be the best looking burger I have gotten from a commonplace fast food company ever, thick tomatoes and good lettuce good pickles. Fries were a bit underdone for my taste but I like well done fries anyway and forgot to ask. Tea was also very good, lots of locations that brew tea have it way to sweet or its browned water, this was perfect.
Staff were super friendly as well, you could kinda tell from the way they talked they liked each other and made a good team, really refreshing to see that as well!
Only major complaint is not having a stand for ketchup dispensers, had to use packets. Not necessarily a bad thing but could have made the experience better.

Great customer service from Gus as our cashier. The parmesan garlic tenders tasted so fantastic. There’s a great portion of sauce on them! Highly recommend trying them! They have a slight kick, so that makes them even better!

Repeat customer I just became. So many varieties to choose from. I mean the minute I walk through the door colors of fries, icecream, cheese, dripping wet hamburger grease everywhere. The staff is always happy and taking care of business. We sat down and ate because I couldn’t leave the place before eating my food. I will be back and next time before 4:00 to take advantage of the happy hour.

I got food poisoning from here. And their staff is extremely rude. Also, dont expect them to adhere to the same expectations as other dairy queen stores. Extremely disappointing overall.

I was i could give this rating less then a one .This is a horrible establishment there always some type of drama going on Not enough communication wit the workers.The food is horrible please dont reheat you will get sick currently recovering form eating their.They also have mold growing on the boxes and bugs so please be careful eating their.Also it not really worth your money . I use to be a former employee.

I am reporting unethical behavior by a Franchisee. I ordered a Recess Blizzard Cake online three days in advance of when it was to be picked up. I was personally unable to pick up the cake, so I had my sister do so for me. When I finally saw the cake I was disappointed (the pictures are below), the cake looked nothing like the photo online. When I called the store manager (named Haley) to express my dissatisfaction, she stated, “The cake looks like it does online.” I went on to explain that it looks nothing like the online picture and that it looked awful, so much so that I wanted a replacement cake or a full refund for the uneaten cake. Haley went on to tell me that she was unable to process a refund for the cake without the owner’s permission since it was a Blizzard cake. I asked her to call the owner and get back to me. When I spoke back to Haley, she informed me that the owner said if I returned the cake I could only have a $5 refund for an uneaten cake that cost me $34.99 or I could go back to the store across town and they would add some decorations to the cake I already purchased. I found the answer from the owner to be incredulous. When I asked for the number to call the owner myself, she stated that she was unable to provide his personal information (which I can understand). So I then asked if she could call him while I was on the phone to which she stated, “no.” Then I asked if she could call him on the store phone upon me returning the uneaten cake, so he could tell me why I could not have a full refund for an uneaten and untouched cake. To this, she replied that it would be unprofessional for her to call the owner while I was in the store.
The reason I am posting this is that I feel this is fraud, that you would take my money and give me a sub par product and when I offer to return it untouched for a full refund the owner says, “no” with no further explanation why.

Unfortunately, after years of no issues, this Dairy Queen forgot to give us one of 4 drinks ordered. We were rushing on our lunch break and we didn’t notice until that an entire blizzard was missing until we got back to the office. No problem. Mistakes happen and the girl on the phone was very nice in taking my name and saying it would be replaced during my next visit. Welllll…. my next visit just happened and it went horrible. Dave (the owner) gave me absolutely no recourse and said that he “has a very strict policy about giving away free food”. I ask if I could show my bank statement for proof that I purchased something that day and he said no. Instead of a strict policy on no free food, Dave, you need a strict policy on providing customer service and giving the customer options, especially when it’s one of your employees responsibility to document the issue to begin with. Very poor customer service

Long line, long wait. Service was pleasant and working as fast as possible. My pretzels were burnt but Pepsi and blizzard were great. Love Dairy Queen. Wish they would bring back some of their oldies like the coconut isle sundae, parfait and more. Their dotted glasses were fun to collect.

As I was arriving by foot, another gentleman was arriving by vehicle. I held the door for him. He thanked me and immediately walked behind the counter and talked with several of the team members. So, I suspect that he is a manager or shift lead of some sort. I appreciate his professionalism. It took me a little while to decide, because many of the prices are very reasonable. The cashier did not show any visible signs of annoyance at me taking a while to decide. When I was ready to order, she was immediately available to take my order. The food was prepared quite rapidly. Additionally, the food tastes quite good. If you’re looking for a quick visit with reasonable prices, and friendly staff, I recommend this location.

This dq is great. Always good food and kind workers. I only gave 4/5 stars because we waited at the menu for 4 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. The car before us was getting their food so maybe they only had one person working the windows? Either way the food was good.
