I’m new to the area. I went to this store to get a sandwich because it is close to me. When I opened the door small children were immediately to my left and shouted boo. (Or something) I closed door quickly and started calming my breathing. The children continued to knock on the glass (they were being playful). As a service connected vet with ptsd that was an alarming situation. I asked who’s children these were and it was the employees children
She said they didn’t have school and so on. I will never goback to this store. What if I had smashed the child’s figure in my haste to close the door? That’s not fair to me. Very unprofessional. I’m sorry you don’t t have childcare but I have rights also. I left without getting food.

Not only was my order totally messed up, the sandwiches were half toasted, soggy, on stale bread! The glass sneeze guards are busted open so they cover the veggies with a plastic cover! Worst subway on earth!!! Il never even go back to a good subway after this experience in Riverton, IL!!!

Sandwiches were fine and ingredients were mostly fresh. The lettuce was brown and all the cookies and baked stuff were piled all over in plastic containers. It just was messy. I was the only customer and the staff were on their phones when I came in so they def had time to be working.

Not sure what store everyone else is going but I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this Subway and I really don’t like Subway that much. I’ve been greeted kindly every single time I’ve been here and my sandwiches have always been made correctly. It confuses me in all of the negative reviews how the food could be made wrong as you are standing RIGHT THERE when they make it and tell them what to put on it… Either way, mine have always been correct and good.

0/5 stars. the managers boyfriend always has an attitude, screws up orders, etc. my boyfriend went in to get our order fixed or refunded and the managers boyfriend had an attitude the entire time, yelling at my boyfriend, threatening to call the cops. and for what? asking for a refund/remake? you cant complain to the manager because obviously they’re together, it wont do anything

The food at Subway is predictable and similar no matter where you go. I think everyone understands that and is not a bad thing at all. This location was very busy because of the limited options nearby. Additionally, all restaurants are hurting for employees right now so that’s not their fault. Through the chaotic lunch rush, the two young ladies remainder calm, professional, and very nice.

This is by far better than every Subway in Springfield! The staff is great, very clean store, my sandwiches always look fantastic and taste even better! I have been on a Subway diet for a few weeks now and that is all I have been eating and I feel amazing! This is the only subway I choose to use! Thanks to the Riverton Subway staff for always making my sandwiches look and taste amazing! You guys rock!

Ive been boycotting this location for over a year now but my husband was short time and they are close. Again disappointed. Always stale bread, the most simple sandwich is wrong, poor service with attitudes. The 2 stars is because I’m being nice and they haven’t given me food poisoning yet.

I mean its a subway so it starts at a 1/5. Since i was 11 i dreamed about reviewing many places. i have ate at all Subway establishments in a 600 mile radius. Its true look it up. And this has to be by far one of the most meh Subways. but the employees are top notch people. Do i recommend, no, would i eat there if i’m a sad lonely man who cant find love, yes. i eat here regularly. Nice sammies there.

I believe it was a manager, she was blonde. She was being extremely rude to an employee, constantly harassing her. I went in earlier in the day, and some friends went in later and said the manager was still being rude. Seems like a horrid work environment and makes everyone uncomfortable.
