I was at the drive through with cashier Ana. She is a horrible worker with a lot of attitude. My first experience with her, my order was completely wrong and frustrating trying to communicate with her. Today was like 2:30-2:40p, I went with my husband. Ordering through the drive through was fine. I went to the window and asked her to repeat my order, she gave me a lot of attitude and said if I wanted to split the cost. I said no I just want you to repeat the order. She gave me a lot of facial attitude and my husband said never mind and we paid for the food and accepted that it could be wrong. Because of Ana, I never want to eat at this KFC again nor do I ever want to eat at KFC.

After driving to this location at midnight because the location on Sunset was “out of chicken”, the lady servicing the drive-thru was mean as hell. When I ordered the chicken tenders they were small, stale and cold. The coleslaw was dry, the mashed potatoes were hot but the gravy on top was cold and congealed. I don’t know how KFC is still in business. The best thing on the menu is probably the tap water.

The place is one normal KFC, up until it comes to service, attention to the customer… You see the place is not that busy and employees often engage in conversations with each other, which is OK, but, when a customer arrives, their conversation is more important than the customer. I wish they’d show a bit more professionalism.

You can see how dry and old that chicken is. I told them I only wanted 4 wings. 2 original, 1crispy, 1 grilled. When I got home as you all can see no original at all. 2x crispy, 2 grilled. It was a simple order. The young man at the drive thru doesn’t even say hello / just the total. He gave back my card I pulled up he yells no it’s here. I told him if Open his mouth and speak maybe I’ll know what’s going. They want 15 an hour but refuse to work for it. Really bad customer service and food.

9/24/25, 7:47pm, after repeating myself a few times at the drive through and then not hearing me, they asked me to drive up, once I finally ask about their menu he tells me to go back around to look at the menu, you just lost my business! Bad customer service! And fix your head sets!

The oil is very old; the chicken didn’t come out golden brown, but almost black. They need to change the oil; it took a long time to deliver the order, and they were missing the soda. The chicken wasn’t fresh ♀️
