I ordered online and when I got back to work I open my food so disappointed the taste was good but I ordered the shrimp and beef new item and I only got like 2 shrimp and 3 little pieces of beef and such a small portion of chow mein. Orange chicken was good.

Thank you guys for one of the best experiences because in today’s world customer service is not it. But when the moment I stepped in this Panda Express location nothing but kind workers clean work space and those new refreshers are so good!!! Can’t wait to go back keep up the good work guys especially the cashier name Maya you go girl!!! keep being you we need more people like you. The whole staff overall was awesome!

Please do not eat at this panda express location 7017 spring mountain rd very bad Service, horrible manager he’s A very mean person the food is horrible and old they serve old food and givevery, small portion. The food that they serve is very still and old Entire restaurant smells like a sore line or bathroom. Employees are very rude. Never happy All I could recommend is go to a different panda express

We were in the line but we saw the server odds giving very little portions to the customers. She just put one small scoop of rice on the plate. Normally it should be 2 big scoops or more.
Seeing that we decided not to eat at this location. We left and we went to a different location.

8 years ago I went to Panda Express for the first time in my life during our USA-trip back then.
So finally I was able to enjoy their delicious food. And they did not disappoint!
When we walked in, there wasn’t a long queue.
We were helped by a very nice and friendly lady. Overall they were generous with the portion sizes. I had their famous Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef and Chow Mein as the side dish. Everything was freshly made and delicious. The portions were quite large, especially in comparison to what I’m used to here in The Netherlands.
Oh and about all those negative reviews…
I don’t have one negative thing to say.
So please, don’t let those negative comments prevent you from ordering food and drinks here.
If you are in a hurry and impatient… Take a chill-pill! A little patience can go a long way!
The team here is working hard, they are proactive and helpful! You guys are getting a 5 star-rating from me!

If I could have left zero stars I would. This is a horrible Panda Express. 7017 spring mountain They have the worst food, very old food and horrible portion size. They barely put a spoonful of food very skimpy on food and the employees have terrible attitudes. Very rude people. I do not recommend coming to this location. My opinion The employees are very mean and the manager is horrible. He never does anything about it

I hate this Panda Express. It’s 1 min from my house and portions are the worst in Vegas. I came here for my kids school fundraiser and lo and behold. My daughter has flier in hand but guess what they didn’t credit the school 20%. We went back they said it was too late. Id rather drive 5 to 10 minutes to the next panda express rather than eat here ever again. It just gets worse food extra salty just like I am and no ice for the soda machines. I had to add that.

We spent over $80 on food, and while waiting, I asked for a cup of water — they refused to give me one. I’ve never been denied water before! When our food finally came, it was overcooked and tasted terrible. The chowmain burned , and the teriyaki chicken was extremely dry. On top of that, the bathrooms were filthy. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.
