Twice, I stand at the counter for 5+ minutes without a single employee acknowledging me, 4 times I’ve been in and their pop machine has all the flavored options of pop except the original. How does that work? Menu screen is broken and flashing. Employees are running around yelling to each other. Place is usually empty, but somehow service is slow. Before they closed their indoor area for like a year and a half, this place was good. No idea what’s happened. Everything has gone down hill in the last few years, with this and the one on Washington.

When I first moved to GF back in 2020 this Burger King was probably the worst fast food place to go to. It was that way for years. In the last year to 2 years it has turned it around and is now my kids go to. It’s clean inside. The staff is always so friendly. The food is hot and fresh tasting. When I tax my boys fries I have to wait a minute because they’re always so hot! Perfection! Now if only our Taco Bell could follow their example and turn it around!

They need to install a microwave near the pop machine so you can warm up the meal you paid for to be hot. Original Chicken sandwich was cold and rubbery. Whopper patty was cold and dry mozzarella fries old, hard and overcooked. Fries not any better.

Maybe the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. The people are friendly and the Whoppers don’t look like the flattened, thrown together burgers that other BK’s sell. No, these look like something from a Burger King commercial. They’re 3″ high and perfectly put together. Whoever is back there on the grill is an artist. I never fail to stop here when I’m in GF.

There is no manager. They were lost. They use people’s bigger orders to knock out the smaller orders and then they are out of sync with the kitchen causing people’s orders to go 40-50-80 minutes long. The front has to tell the back what sandwiches to make because they are out of sync with the order tracker. The fries would go empty and they wouldn’t drop more fries, the people in the front wouldn’t tell the kitchen they are out of fries or waiting on fries and to make more and 10-15 minutes go by before more fries are dropped in the fryer. Multiple people came in and complained the soda was nasty, they never replaced the soda syrup and continued to serve people nasty soda through the drive through knowing it’s empty.

My wife and I brought our 4-year-old daughter to Burger King on 32nd on 10/19/2025 we were the only customers we placed our order approximately of 11:00 again the only customers after 35 minutes of not receiving my food they finally came out to me and told me they were out of chicken nuggets again. I was there for about 40 minutes with my 4-year-old daughter until I finally just had to ask for a refund nobody said sorry. They looked actually annoyed that I asked for a refund like I did something wrong. Meanwhile, the only cook they had was outside smoking and doing whatever

Kids playland was freezing cold multiple family’s one person was told only the manger can change it and they were busy. Went back up to talk and ask about heat because kids and other adults were cold children wearing coats to play in the playland to be told that the heater don’t work winter is approaching need to get the heat figured out.

The entire building is so hot. The service was awful. I heard the employee complaining about filling our cups and taking them to us as he didn’t know that the order he was talking about was mine. They forgot things on our order. And the cheese burger was covered in mustard.

A step above McDonalds. Food was cold but I didn’t have time to waste getting fresher food. Bacon and cheese whopper was ok. Onion rings with the zesty sauce saved them, but the weren’t hot. Service was great, polite and quick, to my surprise a military discount. Really need to make the food hot, especially when the place was empty.
