The worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. They consistently forget parts of your order. Which makes you go back to get it. Be sure to check your bag to be sure you have everything if you make the mistake to visit this place.

Drinks are usually good, but their cooks just don’t give a rip…. they regularly burn their Chicken Slinger buns black. Smells and tastes like charcoal. More recently, they gave us a burnt pile of onion rings that were congealed into one burnt chunk of charcoal.

Tried calling to give them a heads up I went to purchase a cup of ice on my lunch i used the ice for my coffee and drank some of it realised there was Styrofoam in the ice. Just an fyi the cups are probably falling apart? The girls were very nice no issue there just people can get sick drinking Styrofoam.

Great Restaurant, Great Food Overal, but this location in specific is just a mess. Unorganized Team Members, Waiting Time is Unacceptable, ETA 35 Min Wait and I snapped a photo of the place right after I receive my food clearly its empty. Lastly be prepared to show your ID or Drivers License because you wont be able to pay your order, ID and Debit Card name have to match, yeah my Wife and I have the same Name after this situation lol. I had to call my wife at home to send me a photo of her ID to show Proof???? Its a Corn Dog not a Passport Agency!! Ridiculous.

“Just had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru. Waited a full ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, which felt like an eternity since I was the only car there. To top it off, when I finally got to the window, the employees were casually eating chicken tenders right in front of me. This happened tonight, Wednesday, May 14th, 2025, around 9:11 pm during the night shift. Honestly, the lack of attention to customers was pretty shocking.”
