The white girl today at 8:30ish pm. Feb 16 was so uncomfortable to be arround she looked like she didnt want to serve my plate. KEPT TRYING TO MAKE CUTE FACES AT MY HUSBAND BUT WOULD LOOK AT ME WITH DISGUST. She was not friendly, she kept touching everything with the gloves she was serving food this. Completely disgusting.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bowl with steak, and before the workers brought out the steak used in my bowl, I overheard them talking about how they didn’t set a timer for the steak. I went home and ate my food, the steak tasted off and was weirdly textured, and 10 hours later, I got food poisoning and was projectile vomiting for 12 hours straight. I have never gotten food poisoning this bad ever, and I am very mad at the lack of care of the staff, and how they disregard for the care of my food. NEVER GO HERE, AWFUL STAFF.

I went to pick up an online order and the Asian manager was SO RUDE. Not only ignoring customers but yelling at an employee in front of customers! I was in a rush but for the 5 mins I waited for my online order, she continued yelling and throwing things because he “wasn’t calling out” when he was running low on food. Working in customer service, that is not how you speak to employees. Clearly some people don’t know how to manage and it shows. My complaint is mainly because she just seemed to be getting a thrill out of humiliating the employee, which was an older man, in front of customers. Absolutely disgusting to have a manager like that. Instead of “correcting” the employee, she needs to be corrected herself.

Every time I come here they are always out of something if it’s not the rice it’s the protein if it’s not that then the sour cream etc and it’s always so messy like garbage pilled up utensils all over the place! Only reason why I still stop by is because of hope they might just change and also it’s closes to my home.

Good food. Pricier than other fast food but you get a better meal. I have been here several times and it was okay but I keep having to clean the table before i can eat. Otherwise everything is good and staff are efficient and friendly.

Bug found in my online ordered bowl, can’t get my refund. The store offered to remake it, lost my appetite. Store said to call corporate. Called corporate, woman is not trained to refund members, she has to email Escalations team and someone will email me, not a call an email. Me how long, they have no idea. I ask for a supervisor, she also says it is against company policy for her to refund. She could lose her job. I asked if so many bugs are found, they made an Escalations team. She said yes.

I had gotten 3 steak tocos with extra steak. Even paid extra for the extra steak All 3 of my tacos all looking the same with with hardly no steak on them
Not even half way through the taco and there was only one small piece if steak on the corner. 12. And change is way too much to pay for basically a very light veggie taco

Asked for half and half rice like any normal person and somehow got charged for an extra side. For what?? A basic request? Make it make sense.

Then when I asked for the cup she forgot to give me, the employee yelled at me like I personally ruined her day. Ma’am, I just want water, not trauma.

Whole experience was unhinged. Charged extra for no reason, attitude for free. Do better, Chipotle.
