Was there today order to pick 2 meal totaling $34.95. Once I got the salad it was not what Iam use to from Panera. I took the salad back and explained it was missing the pickled onions and so forth. The nice guy stated I will make it over. A few moments later the guy and a woman whom I guess is the Manager who told me everything was by portion and it was what it was. I said 2 pieces of pickled onions is a portion size. She state again that it was what it was. So I returned everything. You tell me a customer spends over $30 and can’t get a few pickled onions. That was mind blowing to me.

Never order from here. I always use the one in Coral Springs, the 2 time I used Uber Eats for my meals here they messed it up. If I could give the service a 0 I would. I ordered a Greek Salad from here the other day and the chicken came hard and it tasted horrible. Not to mention the bread that came with it was hard as rock. The real issue was yesterday. I ordered a sandwich and specified ‘no bacon’. When my order came, it was completely covered in bacon. I tried to pick it out but I did not have time to pick out all the bits and pieces of bacon that was their mistake. At the time, I called them to let them know and a girl answered, she put me on hold and then they hung up in my face. I called a second time and another girl answered and all she said was ‘oh yea i see the problem’ and did not offer any help in terms of getting another one free of charge since it was THEIR mistake. Then she starts hinting it was my fault I did ubereats and did not order from the panera delivery itself because i couldn’t get a refund. I wasn’t asking for a refund its $10 I don’t care. I was asking if I could come pick another one up before work free of charge because it’s their fault. She had no clue what to do and I just hung up the phone and did not get to eat. I never do reviews ever but I just HAD to because the customer service here is horrible. Never go here. Go to Coral Springs or any other location but this one. If I could give 0 for food and service I would. I would never go to this location again, they did not even try to accommodate me for THEIR MISTAKE.

Notice…as of this writing 930 reviews…3.7 stars. That says it all. Notice…no rep from Panera has responded to these reviews…that is the nail in the coffin… they just do not care. Too bad, the food is not bad for the price, but there expectations of staff just stinks. It was a cold January day, I was thinking hot soup. Nope. Luke warm at best. It went downhill from there. There were not suppose to toast my 82 yr. old dad’s sandwich so he could chew it. When I asked for replacement, the two teens behind the prep counter grinned at each other in disrespect and laughed at me when I walked away. Maybe hire people with some expectation that they can act more than 12 years old. My sandwich that is suppose to be a BLT had one tiny strip of bacon on each half…what??

Was very disappointed with the food we got. My mom initially got the Tomato Basil BLT, had to switch it out cause it had no basil and didn’t taste good. Switched to green goddess sandwich (first picture) and I got chicken Avo melt. Barely got chicken, for a $12 sandwich I was expecting a tad more. Had to go back to the cooks.lack of customer service. I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent order of the Fuju Apple Chicken salad. The salad I received was not fresh, with notably withered greens the apples were soft not crispy, the grape tomatoes weren’t red more on the brown side. I called and spoke to the manager (who was very nonchalant) who offered to replace the tomatoes alone and not the salad, I had to repeat and said it was the whole salad but I was too far from the cafe to go back plus I dont live in that area. I asked for a credit however I was told that I have to come in with the salad. Just a lesson learn to always check your food when doing take-out. Money wasted.

I ordered doubled meat for both my salad and sandwich in which it barely had meat on it. I also added red onions to both salad and sandwich and it did not come with any. I chose to get chips and the chips were not in the back. The order also did not come with utensils. I tried the brownie bite for the first time and it tastes disgusting. I have never had a problem with my panera bread until today.
