Got the seasonal carmel pancakes as a to go order. The website menu describes as topped with amounts of apples, whipped cream and powdered sugar. Got home to eat and should have expected the quality was going to be awful. Hardly any toppings as described. Rest of the food order was burnt, cold and tasted of salt. Guess if I ever go back, have to dine in to correct all their mistakes. Makes IHOP look like luxury

My favorite thing about Bob Evans is they they have everyone’s comfort food. The menu is huge. The prices are reasonable. I can take all of my picky eaters here and they will find something they love, and it’s the perfect place to go when no one can agree on the type of food they are in the mood for. They have breakfast all day so your kid can eat piggy pancakes while you eat a big salad and your husband has a cheeseburger and another kid has fried chicken and mashed potatoes.

I’m very disappointed in the quality and quantities. You pay so much money for what is supposed to be farm fresh meal. Instead you get cold soggy very little food. Bob Evan’s went down hill. Missing food , frozen soup given to me. I had disappointed upset children. And the workers they don’t care. I called multiple times only to be placed on hold or hung up on. Not worth the $22 I spent for very little I got

We were on our way back from camping and needed to breakfast and this was pretty much our only option in a small town. Personally I think the pancakes at a Bob Evans are the worst in the world. It’s pretty clear they use a stainless steel grill with some sort of spray on it because the insides are pretty much mush and the outsides are not crispy on the edges. Two containers of syrup was not enough as it just absorbs straight into the pancakes and they pretty much just separate. And in general, the meal could have been warmer.

Not the best experience… This place is disorganized and everyone is confused. Takes three staff members to figure out where you should be seated. The kitchen is slow and offers stingy portions. The waitress was alright but it was too late for her to fix this mess. Sorry but its the truth.

Has an odor when you walk in, service isn’t the best, chicken was cooked too long and tough, my sausage was burnt on one side and barely cooked on the other side. Pancakes was very good though(kinda hard to mess those up).

I here with my grandma regularly. We like to meet for breakfast. The food is always cooked properly. And tasty. Prices are reasonable. I grew up on Bob Evans and I will probably always go there. The servers are friendly and attentive.

Always a favorite! Usually not that busy if eating in. Quite atmosphere, waiters are normally friendly and give good service. I love how they have kept many of the longtime favorites, yet really like that they add new items & combos to the menu. Pricing is convenient compared to many other restraunts whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I normally eat at the Western Avenue location in town. Overall good experience for many years.

Friendly service and great food. This is my favorite Bob Evans in Chillicothe. Like all restaurants right now, this location is chronically understaffed. Be patient and be sure to take care of the people who show up to prepare and serve your meal.

We went in for lunch yesterday and Cindy (host) was very welcoming and friendly. She accommodated my elderly mother in a close booth and proceeded to offer excellent, kind service to others coming in to dine or picking up take-out. Definitely a stand out employee.
