I placed an online order for this location. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time and it was already closed. I told the worker there. Some Hispanic woman with long black hair that I was there to pick up my order. The only thing she said was that they were closed and Ignored me after that despite it being open. I hope this location has a camera to show that they are closing before the close time. The worker could have had the decency of handing me my order. This was the first time I’ve ever frequented this establishment and it will definitely be the last. That worker is probably enjoying my child’s and my meal on my dime.

I wish I had checked the reviews first. The meat looked like it had been nuked in the microwave. Even though just looking at it made my stomach churn, I tried it anyway and immediately started gagging. I’ll never be able to un-taste that—it’s an abomination, a disgusting disgrace that anyone would serve.

Outstanding! We ate here for the first time when we came to the Fair Oaks Mall. I got the 2 meat platter (pulled pork and beef brisket) with 2 sides (baked beans and potato salad). The meat was outstanding — pulled pork especially tender and flavorful, brisket fell apart in my mouth.
I was pleasantly surprised coming here. I’ve eaten at some of the great BBQ places in Texas, Kansas, and some in NYC and was surprised to find a place this good so close to home at my nearby mall. We are definitely repeat customers now.
The BBQ pulled pork slider looks mouth watering — they were sold out by dinner time, so definitely get it during lunch.

Do NOT go to this place. My family ordered 3 meals which was $50 in total. This is just an image of one of our orders. We purchased the brisket thinking it would be cut in slices and somewhat juicy, but it literally tasted like shredded paper. $15 for this trash is unacceptable. How dare you serve this garbage to people? No wonder why this establishment is shutting down in a month. I want a refund as soon as possible. I wouldn’t even feed this to a homeless person because it tastes like cardboard.

Honestly the worst bbq I’ve ever had. The meat is dry and chewy almost inedible. The Mac and cheese is flavorless clearly made for kids who don’t know any better. The green beans being flavored decently was the only saving grace.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came from Arlington to pick this up for my family. $80 worth of food and got very small portions and some of it was wrong. Told the employee it was wrong she said it’s what they have, and it isn’t her fault. I told her numerous times to get off her phone and pay attention to the customer and she kept making faces when I said that. She wasn’t understanding me. She kept saying I could get a refund but return the food. I just drove 30 minutes to come get this. I asked to speak to a manager who wasn’t there. She got on the phone with him, spoke in Spanish, so unsure what she actually said. Got on the phone with him, he declined to tell me his name. Told him the issue and he said we can refund for return of food. Again I didn’t drive this far for nothing. He said what do you want as the solution. I said correct food, bigger portions and a cashier who isn’t on her phone the whole time. He ignored me completely. I hung up because that was disrespectful. NEVER GO HERE.

Restaurant was closed at 11:15am. Ordered online. Got to restaurant and was told they cancelled my order bc they don’t do online orders. Food was cold, small portions. No ranch, no free water, out of tea, out of lemonade. Service was bad. Meat is not smoked in the restaurant. They offer a free muffin if you leave a good review. Dont have all the sides and menus items as other locations. Dont waste your time.
Also they dont let you customers use the bathroom even though they have 2.

I went with my wife to eat, and I can’t believe the HORRIBLE experience I had. I spent an hour waiting for my 5×5 combo, there was a nasty smell at the counter where you order, like rotting meat. I’d much rather go to Burgershot to eat or even to Mystic Spells with the weirdos who believe in horoscopes. Without a doubt, the worst place I’ve ever visited.
