One of my favorite locations in the area. Great portion sizes, always fresh and well cooked, and the staff is awesome. First, the service was great. The worker was kind, sweet, and went out of her way to present herself nicely!
The food looked great, but I find the same issue with meat alternatives. They are typically overcooked and in turn, interfere with the quality of the meal. Beyond chicken is easily over cooked and changes the texture, as with most plant based protein.
The prices are fair and the offering of the selection is appreciated. I think this is only a limited option, but cooks should be advised on the difference in cooking this instead of traditional meat products.

Update 6/10 customer service email was responsive and sent me a reward in my email. I potions was small specially the stuffed like fried rice or noodles.
03/5/24 Teriyaki chicken avail. Followed my request for chicken to be chopped not just sliced.
Update 3/19/2024 frequently running out of Teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki portions have since reduced. Unfortunate. The period at my consistentwith the portions, Siegal even running low on chicken. Disappointing!
Update 6/27/23 r store no longer across the survey behind the receipt after you fill it out and get a special code to present to the cashier to get a free entree with a 2 entree plate order. That’s unfortunate. They seem to not know how to enter the code we receive in our email in the register and they have decided not to honor it instead!
Update 6/2/22 went in early this time. Food felt at the right temperature. The full buffet choices was available. There a bit of a line out the front door. 20 mins later, it was my turn to order. All in all ok. I have if course my files out survey code, got a free entree with my 2 item bigger plate.
The Manager Mr Hai was courteous and remembered me and even sent his regards to my Mom, which is a frequent patron. While dining I always fill out the survey and you will get a code for a free entree even the premium entree plus an extra $1.25 free. The service is quick even when there is 4 people or more in the line. The only thing I would like to see is better more generous portions!

They need to close down they give out small portions especially when you’re getting the Angus beef and the walnut shrimp any specialties that caused a dollar more they give out really really small portions. What am I paying a dollar more for if you’re gonna give me small portions they need to have somebody come in and watch them when they giving out food and one lady she always have a attitude and she always tried to overcharge you.

The portions are small, and staff can be rude at times while fixing your food…I guess it depends on the time of day you go determine the service you get. I go once a week after 6pm when I get off.

Update: 4 January 2017 **WARNING** DO NOT COME HERE NEAR CLOSING (9pm). Tonight I arrived around 8:30 and the selection was extremely poor. They’d run out of a lot of things and weren’t making anymore. Second time in a row experiencing this. So despite 9pm being the “official” closing time, the place is in full shutdown mode long before.
Food here is delicious. Generous serving sizes for extremely reasonable prices.
Always impressed with the service at this place. They are warm and friendly and always greet you with a smile. Your order is served up very fast. Even with a line present you won’t be waiting long here.
Freshly prepared, high quality ingredients put together right in front of you, not so me behind closed doors dungeon like kitchen.
The entire place is always kept remarkably clean. Even the bathrooms.

The food was really good and I enjoyed my meal. The only thing I noticed was that the staff wasn’t wearing gloves while preparing the food. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something that could definitely be improved.

In 2026 I’m done spending my money when the receiver has an attitude. The short old Spanish lady took my order with little to no talking with an ugly face. Meanwhile the Spanish lady behind got a bright “hola”, along with “ah huh”, and “what else”. That was rude. Then the young black guy at the register just knows how to say a total? Just bring the robots cause I’m tired of dealing with people like this. I drove here and I’ll drive somewhere else next time.

Went in an hour before closing, wasn’t greeted. Looked over both sides of food, no one acknowledged me entering. Stood and waited for about 30 more seconds….. nothing. About 5 employees, cleaning or moving around but no one came to take my order.

They are too busy and the lady running the cash register needs more training. It was delicious, but she gave me the wrong food. She had three humongous orders that should’ve been ready before I entered the business. They end up leaving later than I left because she was able to take care of me faster so I do not want to chastise her. She just needs more training. She’s a lovely lady, and she handled it with Pack and professionalism.
