Staff was friendly but the inside seating area needed cleaning as most of the tables and floor were sticky. Came in around 4:30 pm and there was only one other patron. $7 for just a cheeseburger as I opted not to have the combo and $8 for a medium hot fudge sundae. Although both were tasty, I could have gotten similar quality for half the price at McDonald’s.

Came here for some ice cream around 7:50, staff was already closing the inside and locked door, she was laughing at us for trying to come to the door and the blonde girl had a very bad attitude in the drive thru and could be seen making fun of customers. very disappointing experience, if you do not enjoy your job don’t make everyone else miserable.

I’ve been a customer here for a while. My favorite spot for tenders and fries. Grabbed a tender meal tonight and saw they went to 4 and 6 piece meals now (cool surprise). BUT, the meal only came to $9 bucks! What a great surprise! They loaded it with fries too!

I put in a mobile order on the app, the staff never received it on their side. I came in, showed them the app and confirmation email and they called their manager and made the order. I’m unsure what the hiccup was but I’m happy they delivered.

Ordered a personalized ice cream cake here. I ask for the cookie crumbles to be removed from the center of the cake due to a gluten allergy. I told them that we still wanted the hot fudge and sprinkles in the cake. When we picked up the cake it had fudge smeared all over the top of it and looked like either it had melted at some point or someone took their finger and drew a line through it. Additionally there were no sprinkles inside the cake and the cake also looked like it was rounded rather than a cylinder on the sides. I called about this and was told they didn’t know how to do refunds and would have the owner call me for a refund. The owner has yet to call me which is disappointing to say the least. The cake was $39 and wasn’t even right!

Ordered a medium PB blizzard with chocolate ice cream NO chocolate ice cream was available. All the PB treat was in the bottom of the cup hard as a rock. Very disappointing ☹️

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Dairy Queen for years, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Since the current blonde manager took over, the atmosphere has changed—service has become cold and rude.
I recently ordered a milkshake and two large Blizzards as I do everyday. When I got home, I discovered something black in the shake. I went back to let them know, and the manager told me she couldn’t do anything without the shake. I explained that I had thrown it out, but she still refused to replace it.
As someone who’s been a great customer for years, I found this extremely disappointing. I had no reason to lie, yet I was treated with indifference. That was my last visit.
I mentioned this to my colleagues and they agree she is rude.

Just picked up an order of small and medium blizzards for a total of almost $30, med is like a small, completely hallow. The small ones are like x- small. The blizzards were barely mixed! Some days they don’t have vanilla, this place by far is not what it used to be anymore! Sadly
