The space inside is a 12×12 lobby at best. I walked in to quickly buy a cake. The woman with long gray hair told me if I don’t leave my dog outside she can’t sell me anything because it’s a “dining establishment”. No hi, no excuse me, no I’m sorry. Unbelievably rude.
It’s not a dining establishment, there are no tables and my dog was literally in her backpack with me in the lobby, not the kitchen.
Your employee needs to be very careful now a days. Some dogs could be emotional support dogs, service dogs and medical alert dogs. Don’t just refuse service and be rude.

10 months and still, you don’t have no gravy. I ordered a six peak strips and you gave me five and yes, you still don’t have gravy. Neither do you have strawberry flavored ice cream. The employees doesn’t really understand too much.. The meal is always sometimes cold.

Got the mixing bowl blizzard. Probably the worst blizzard I’ve ever had, idk if one of the products used to make it was spoiled or what happened but something did not taste right, it had like a spoiled food/chemically after tastes and my stomach became immediately upset after having a few bites.

This DQ was great until about 5 months ago. I don’t think the new staff know what they’re doing. The last 3 times I’ve been to this location, I’ve noticed they either don’t mix the blizzards like they’re supposed to or they don’t make enough to fill the cup and just fill the top with vanilla soft serve.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THE ROUND LAKE BEACH DQ ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS! I’ve been going to DQ since I was a kid. I love trying all of the newest Blizzard flavors and have always been happy with the service I’ve received. This location, however, is barely worth rating even 1 star. I repeatedly see employees on their phone instead of working, the food they make has been sub-par compared to other local DQ’s, and the wait-time to be serviced is unacceptable to say the least. I will no longer patronize this location, and recommend others to do the same until the current staff is replaced.

I understand making up your own policies. but changing it on the fly because serving customers is too much work is WEIRD. I went a few days ago and got treated really well, got exactly what I ordered. I ordered cone dip on a parfait and it was great. However next time I came around I was not allowed to get the very same thing?? Overall, a clumsy and mismanaged property and I could tell the manager on duty made the workers uncomfortable.

Cheese curds are my favorite however they seem to be over cooked each time. The cheese is oozing out of the curd & not inside the curd but they are still delicious. Ice cream is always yummy.

This location serves burgers and chicken so if the car in front of you orders grilled food, you’ll be waiting a while to get your cone. I would recommend going in for ice cream. Otherwise, always a good place for goodies
