Ordered online 45 minutes-1 hour ahead of time while on time crunch for pick up between 6-6:15pm. Entered store at around 6:03 and it seemed as if I was the one who broke the news that they had an order as when I gave my name is when the worker grabbed bread to make the sandwich. We left the store maybe 5-8 minutes later with our food and in a bigger time crunch, but just feel like having that big of a window for pick up, our sandwich not being ready within said window, and not being a company known for speed is not a great combo. Buffalo chicken sandwich was incredible though. So so good.

Wanted a quick bite after clocking out from work…. preferably a sub. That’s when Jersey Mike’s Subs came to mind, and it has been a long while since I ate a sub from there.
Upon entering, I took a few minutes overlooking the menu. I usually get Mike’s Famous Philly (their version of a Philly cheese steak) but this time I ordered a regular sized chicken Philly. It was cooked with grilled onions and peppers, substituted provolone cheese for white American cheese, and made it a combo by adding chips and a drink.
Within 5-10 minutes I was handed my hot sub which was well prepared, tasty and flavorful within a nice soft bread. Definitely hit the spot. I only wished it had a bit more meat and some sauteed mushrooms. Next time I will inquire about that.

The Staff members was very friendly ☺️ good service, BUT I’m giving a 4 Star ⭐️ because I feel that the Philly Steak can be a Little bit more meaty as I love a meaty sub! It had the right amount of ,peppers & , so that was great !!

Today 12/20/2025 at 2:01 pm a customer had his dog in the store. The dog put his front two legs on the counter not once,not twice, not 3 times, but 4 times while his owner waited for his sub. Nothing against dogs, but it wasn’t a service dog. More importantly, neither of the two employees on shift wiped down any of the counters that the dog had jumped on. The same counter where orders are placed and food is placed on. I’ve worked in the area since 2016 and choose this location over the ones near me in Deerfield and Coconut Creek. After today, i’ll never return because I don’t know if a dog has been on the counter.
